The guy who took us from the airport was lovely , very chatty . He gave us information about the area .
He also let us know as we arrived on a Sunday , that the Woolworths closed earlier - very helpful .

Great experience using Heart of the reef service for our return trip to Airlie Beach. I needed to split our numbers on the return keg of our journey and this was no problem for the drivers. So friendly and helpful

Our airport transfer went smoothly. The operator was easy to find, well organised and we were quickly on the road to our accommodation. It was a smaller bus so there weren’t too many drop offs along the way and it didn’t take long.

We booked the return shuttle. The service was excellent. For our return shuttle there was good communication re: pickup location and time. The driver arrived on time and was courteous. We made a few stops and arrived at the airport in good time to catch our flight.

Bus driver was not at the bus when we arrived. We were not sure if we were at the correct bus. Was about 10 mins before he came. Other people were also wondering if they were at the correct bus. Bus was in good condition.
Viator were very prompt with a reply to my email as I had lost my paperwork with the return pick up time from hotel.
The bus on the return trip to the airport needs some attention. Seats were stained and handles to hold on back of the seats in front were missing.

It was such an awesome experience with Heart of Reef! They were always prompt and responsive in our communications. We couldn't be more grateful to our driver, Nifty, for his kindness and professionalism. When our flight was delayed, causing us to rush to a tour instead of going directly to the hotel, Nifty promptly dropped us off at the tour location, saving us from missing the highly anticipated experience. Both trips were smooth and easy. Nifty also helped with loading and unloading everyone's luggage, which was greatly appreciated. We want to extend our gratitude to Nifty and everyone else at Heart of Reef shuttle - the BEST airport service in Airlie Beach!
