After the flight, you get taken straight to the marina where you are checked in for boat trip. Shoutout to Ben on black Betty. Snorkel sites were amazing. If you get motion sickness then don't book on a windy day as the sea gets quite choppy.

It was raining when we headed out this morning, so I thought the photos from today’s itinerary might not turn out very well. But to our surprise, the sky cleared up completely by the time we boarded the plane. The flight was very smooth, and I finally got to see the heart-shaped reef I had been looking forward to for so long.
The boat tour in the afternoon was also a lot of fun. Captain Josh and the other two crew members were fantastic, everything was well organised, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. We had an unforgettable day in the Whitsundays and would absolutely recommend this experience to our friends and family.

Excellent good fun on the raft and flight over the reef was amazing. Only worry was seeing the pilot texting on his phone rather than concentrating on the flight and safety of his passengers. Snorkelling was amazing

The boat ride was excellent and we really enjoyed it.
However, this morning we unfortunately missed the flight due to misleading information shown in the app. We understood that the pick-up from our hotel would be at 7:00 am, while in fact 7:00 am was the departure time for the journey. We did not receive any phone call to notify us that the driver was waiting outside — only an in-app message, which we did not notice in time. Had we received a call, we would not have missed the flight.
Because this situation was caused by unclear communication rather than solely our mistake, we requested a partial refund, but our request was rejected. We feel this outcome is unfair given that the issue was not entirely our fault.

We had an amazing time on the Wipeout boat with Ocean Rafting! Kayla was absolutely fantastic—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. We didn’t know how to swim, but she guided us through the snorkeling experience, making us feel safe and allowing us to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The views were breathtaking, and we took so many great photos. Lunch was delicious as well. We’re truly grateful to Kayla and the entire team for such a memorable experience. We recently did this package and we loved it! We were picked up directly from our hotel early in the morning and taken to the flight, our driver was lovely and super helpful, pointing out recommendations throughout the drive. We were given lockers at the airport to hold our things. The plane ride was incredible! The views were breathtaking, our pilot was lovely and very skilled. I would recommend taking a travel sickness tablet before flying if you usually get motion sickness! We were then driven from the airport to the marina where we were given stinger suits and told which boat we would be on. Our team from Ocean rafting was Hayley and Tay…both were amazing at making the day super memorable! We had a fairly long drive on the boat to the first location but tay made it fun by showing us some tricks with the boat! We did the walk up to hill inlet lookout first and that was incredible as well, super easy 15 min walk but not accessible (lots of stairs) then we had our included lunch which was delicious and we had a swim in the Whitsundays beach. The highlight was the snorkelling, we were provided with our stinger suits, snorkels and flippers and given two locations to snorkel. First location was full of beautiful turtles! And second was PACKED with beautiful fish that swam right around you. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend! Thankyou Hayley and Tay for putting so much effort in to making the day great.

I missed the flight, since they didn't send the email including exact pickup time until 11:30 pm, the time which i should have been sleeping to wake up the next morning. Since my phone number was not the aussie one, they couldn't contact on phone - was their excuse, but all the other company sent the email ahead of the tour at the right time.
The Viator didn't take any responsibility, neither did the local tourist company. After missing about 400$, they didn't refund nor change the schedule.
I'm very upset about the company but the rafting cruise was very nice and so was the captain.

Where do we even begin! This was the perfect experience combining all the best bits together into one day. We took the southern lights option and everything ran super smoothly. The day was heaps of fun, and every single person was delightful. The scenic flight was incredible, and the ocean raft crew was so much fun. Kevin, Eve, Hayden made our day so easy and full of chats and laughs. Check-ins, shuttles, timings, everything was beautifully done!

The tour itself was alright, but the customer service was terrible. I provided my accommodation address, and I was advised to be picked up 2.6 km away from my accommodation at 6:10 a.m. — in the opposite direction of the airport for the scenic flight. To ensure this was correct, I reached out to Viator for confirmation. They didn’t reply to my email, so I contacted them via chat, where they confirmed that the pickup location was correct and unchanged.
Since taxi service in Airlie Beach is quite unreliable, and we didn’t want to risk missing the pickup, we got up at 4:30 a.m. and took a taxi around 5:30 a.m. to the specified location. We even considered walking the 2.6 km if necessary. However, once the pickup started, I noticed the driver stopped at the lagoon, only a 7-minute walk from my accommodation. Later in the afternoon, I learned that they actually stop directly at my accommodation. I don’t understand why I was given the wrong pickup location. This caused absolutely unnecessary stress.
Overall, it was a frustrating start to the tour. I later requested a refund for the taxi fare as a gesture of apology, but it was denied. I spent over $2k with them, so $17 is minimal, yet they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I also shared my concerns with Ocean Rafting, but their response was the same. I am deeply disappointed with their service and hope others don’t have to experience what I did.

Had an incredible day, starting with the flight over the reef, which was an amazing experience - a must-do. The rest of the day on (and off) the boat with Chris and Simon was a blast. Stunning views, both above and below the water, and 10/10 boat trip back to the marina. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Heath and Daisy for the memorable experience my partner and I had. Beautiful scenery, unmatchable fun on the boat with great tunes and even better beers.
But most of all they made our experience really good and efficient, we had two snorkeling spots, the first one wasn't ideal due to changing weather conditions so they pulled the plug earlier there and decided to go to the second one where we were guaranteed to see lots of colourful fish and have more time there too.

Being able to see an aerial view and a ground view of the islands really gave the full package. The staff were next level amazing, bringing all the knowledge with so much fun and enthusiasm. Cash and Finn really topped the experience off with their constant fun, humour and energy throughout the whole day. It really was worth it and I highly recommend. Thank you to all involved!

The trip plan is amazing. Flight above heart reef and lunch at the beach. The silicone salt is very soft. Bc of the weather, could be better choice. The southern experience is not suitable for someone who wants to spend more time on snorkeling as the limit times
