What a fantastic experience. Only a couple of turtles decided to stick their heads up for us, but Dale (boat driver & guide) was very knowledgeable & went out of his way to provide the group with a great trip out.
Would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing cruise. The electric boat was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to take in the peaceful surroundings. Our guide was welcoming, informative, and taught us a great deal about the area and its native wildlife. Although no turtles came close to the boat, we were lucky enough to spot several popping their heads above the water in the distance. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

It was a lovely small electric boat. A small group which was great. We seen turtles and Dugongs. Was amazing. Would recommend this tour.

Amazing cruise, worth the money.
Lovely boat with small numbers. The captain was great with my kids, aged 4 and 7 and was very informative.
Saw lots of turtles and had an enjoyable ride around the marina and island.

Josh was really friendly and welcoming. Love the electric boat, so quiet and comfortable. Got some cute turtle photos and the girls got to steer the boat. Definitely recommend.

Tour guide knew his history on the area and was able to answer any questions we had. The boat we traveled in to see the turtles was beautiful very clean and tidy, we alll felt safe. We loved there was room for us to freely move around. Highly recommend this tour!!

Our guide Josh is so gentle and friendly. Without him I would not be able to spot a turtle! He is so knowledgeable, he knows where to find the turtles. 'Turtly' worth it!

The guide has a calm and soothing voice while he explains to us the nature of the turtle in the island. The experience was awesome had few turtles show up. Great for family with kids.

Did the Turtle Spotting Cruise with Whisper Cruises and it was a great experience. It’s a one-hour ride on a nearly silent electric boat, which makes it really peaceful and perfect for spotting turtles. We saw several popping their heads out of the water, which was very cool. The scenery is beautiful, the boat is well equipped, and the small group (max 8 people) makes it feel very relaxed. Daryl, the guide, was friendly and calm. Overall, a very enjoyable and unique activity.

Had a great tour with Remo—his knowledge of the Airlie Beach area is outstanding. He shared fascinating insights on the local wildlife, weather patterns, and history, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, spotting turtles was a bit challenging due to unpredictable weather, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience and we did get to see a few.
Highly recommend booking with Remo, especially if you’re looking for an eco-friendly option—his electric boat is a fantastic touch. Also, make sure to stop by Sorrento at the pickup point—excellent food and service!

A hour and half boat ride searching and finding turtles whilst being given a lot of information and sea grass, turtles and local information about the area.

Snafus--partly because of cruise boat lack of connection. We signed up for 12:30 but ticket said 9:30. We were on another excursion and couldn't get back--which is why we chose the later time. Cruise went to an unexpected anchor place--too far from meeting place. We could not reach the tour people to let them knw--I did try. It would have been a great trip if we had been able to make everything work. Sorry. . .

I gentle ride across to Pigeon Island in an electric powered boat. Maximum of 8 guests made for a friendly and personal experience. Josh was very knowledgeable and we saw turtles on both sides of the island so a successful trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Whisper Cruises turtle spotting tour in Airlie Beach. The small group size made it feel like a private adventure, and the skipper was friendly and full of great information about the area and the turtles.The boat is electric and super quiet, so you just glide along without disturbing the wildlife. We saw turtles popping up all around us. It was peaceful and scenic.
