The experience was nice. One of the ladies spoke English and explained what was going on. Some of the ladies did not speak English and we were not sure what was going on, but the one who spoke English graciously explained. The connection via the driver and van were very frustrating. The directions were misleading and without internet- communications were terrible. We did not know where we were supposed to meet (at port at gate was very misleading, because we were at one of the 4 gates near the port was NOT Helpful. The spa ladies were generous about the time.

It’s difficult to rate the actual experience as they never showed up to pick us up. Wasted time waiting. Tried to contact via chat and phoning but no response at all. Had to contact Viator support to request refund and that could take 7 days. So overall I would not book this as unreliable tour operator.

The hamman was ok. A good scrub of the body, but she did not wash my hair properly. We had to wait alot when the ladies walked in and out. The massage was good, she used more power when I asked her to. Not shure it was worth the money, as it was pretty expensive. I (female) was totally naked during massage, my husband where given paper underwear. Rememer to bring tip for the ladies.

Lovely experience. We were picked up at the port promptly and driven to the location. so easy. the bath and massage was quite an experience. It was so different than a traditional massage. We experienced a true Morracan massage and bath. It was very enjoyable.

Everyone was lovely and respectful and is certainly an experience to be sampled. If back in Agadir we would go back to the same company Spa itrane booked via Viator.

Pick up from our hotel and taken to the spa. Given a locker for our valuables and then shown downstairs to the treatment rooms to remove our clothes. This was our first experience of Hammam & very unsure of what to expect or do. Very little English spoken, but friendly ladies managed to advise us. Not for the shy, as paper pants are very brief. 1st you have your body washed with warm water & lay on warm tiles before being scrubbed/exfoliated from top to toe. Myself, I liked it but my husband thought it was brutal but maybe the other lady was firmer with a man !!! Plus exfoliating was a new experience for him. Then for the body/hair wash. Wrapped in gowns off with wet pants, on with dry & head for a couples massage. I selected a relaxing massage. It was, in parts, but be prepared for their attempts to crack all your joints. Finished off with a head massage then lights out ….time to reflect before dressing & taxi back to hotel. Skin felt divine & I would certainly do again …as for my husband - he’d pass I think. Well worth the money, 2 hours, but I’d do at the beginning of your holiday as a fair amount of dead skin (caused peeling on my husband’s shoulders) does come off during exfoliation. We did tip. All ladies involved tend to be by the lockers as you retrieve your valuables so maybe have smaller denominations (x4 ladies tended to the two of us) as I had to try & explain for them to share the tip.

A truly relaxing experience. Picked up outside of the cruise ship and taken to the business premises and returned afterwards in a large SUV with a really friendly young man. The hammam was in a downstairs ‘hot cave’ room. I was given paper pants to wear. Scrubbed and washed (inc hair) by two lovely ladies before transferring to a different room for a truly relaxing full body massage by a lovely young masseuse. Moroccan tea then driven back. No upselling or discomfort. Just a wonderful professional experience. Thank you all. !!

Absolutely loved this experience. Me and my friend bought the hammam+Berber massage option (2h). At the arrival, we didn't have to wait too long before we were welcomed to start our treatment.
There was a bit of misunderstanding at the beginning and the ladies doing the massage thought that we were only doing massage 1h but that was rectified. They checked the booking with reception and it was confirmed the original 2h treatment.
One negative thing I must say was that the rooms we were in for massage doesn't have a door, just a curtain to close for privacy whilst you change.
The curtain was not an issue, but rather the fact that the ladies kept going in and out at the beginning, sometimes leaving it open.
A part from that, everything else was amazing, the hammam left our skin so soft and clean and the massage hit the right spots 😊
Just one thing to keep in mind: you'll be fully naked 🫢 (I don't know if it will be the same for men). However during the massage, they will put a towel on you for comfort.
Amazing experience, great communication with our driver for pick up and ended the treatment with mint tea 🍵

We made certain to check the reviews and were not disappointed! The staff is welcoming and professional. A tiny bit of a language barrier, but we understood what we needed to do to prepare for each step. We were scrubbed clean of our tans 🤣 and left with silky smooth skin!

Booked the spa tour.Spoke to operator after we booked for a pick up out side cruise port. We were picked up and taken to a spa the next day when exiting out the car driver said no your on a camel ride, I said no it’s a scrub, message. When into spa produced Viator tickets to reciption. We then informed 5 mins later we were at wrong spa. I got in touch with Viator texting back and forward. A few phone calls later another drive picked us up and dropped us off at another spa. After talking to the owner he then told us we had only booked a massage not a scrub then message. Well by this time I’m pissed off!!
Got our joint message lasted only 1 hour after paying for two hours as the description says in the add we booked via Viator. The message room we used was not very clean celling had webs hanging from it. Towels on the bed we lay down on felt damp, after message was completed we got dropped off at the soul.
I do not recommend this tour, total chaos from beginning to end.

What can I say... It's not for the faint hearted or anyone with sensitive skin or shy in anyway!! But the results are baby soft skin, so it's worth it!!!we were picked up and dropped off.. when we pulled up the area around is very run down but don't let ot put you off.. wear what you want, take some tip money too, the ladies work so hard.. You are given lockers to put personal belongings in. Then you go downstairs to a changing area where you're given paper knickers.. All your kit comes off!! Then into a darkened room with heated slabs to lie on.. you are washed all over with warm water( hair too!) Then lathered in oil and left for 10mins or so to relax.. Then the fun begins, you are scubbed from head to toe, no bits missed with an extra hard exfoliating mit.. I can honestly say I thought I'd be left red raw, but strangely wasnt.. Then your rinsed, hair washed in argan oil..Then wrapped in a fluffy dressing gown to be led to another room for an hours masseage.. wow.. we chose a relaxing massage thank god as the noises we heard from other rooms I think they'd booked the harder one!!! The ladies smile , work blimmin hard and all through Ramadan too!!! Go for it, you only live once!!

We booked a taxi pickup and drop off through Viatour, as our hotel was quite a way from the pick point. The taxi was very prompt, 5 mins early. The ride to the hamman was comfortable.
The experience was very good. A good scrub and hair wash before the massage. The ladies who performed the hamman and massage were very nice and made you feel comfortable, even though you were only wearing paper underwear.
The massage was brilliant, so relaxing 😌 definitely well worth the money, and a must do if in Morroco.
Ladies be warned, you are only allowed to wear paper knickers, and, and you will get your hair washed, so be prepared for this

What an amazing experience, travelling solo and wanted to give an authentic Hammam a try on day two of my trip. A very authentic Hammam with very friendly people. A full two hour experience that was not rushed. I really enjoyed both the bath/scrub and the massage. I left feeling totally zen and the cleanest I think I’ve been since I was born. Highly recommend.

The driver was punctual, he arrived before the scheduled time and waited outside patiently whilst we got ready.

Had a great experience, I followed the recommendation on Viator and booked early on in the trip. Good idea! Then you have baby soft skin ready for the holiday.
Picked up from the hotel and taken to the spa, didn't have tea as taxi was running late but went straight in for the Hammam. Great experience. We were given paper pants and I ended up fully nude but my partner stayed in his paper boxers. Had a proper scrub down which felt amazing !
We then had the Beger massage which was also great. Mine was soft and relaxing and my partners was hard and he was put to work (he needed it!). We remained together the whole time which was nice as I know some places split the sexes. We were left in the room to relax a little while and then were taken to tea and the taxi was called to pick us up.
We would definitely go back and are wondering whether to book again for our last day.

If you don't mind an old woman massaging you than good, it's abit cringey for me personally. The value for money part was ok.

Our first Hammam and a great experience. The spa seems small but provided everything you need. The massage (medium/Berber) was very good. Pick up at hotel and way back worked well. Contact via WhatsApp fast and reliable.

Très bon établissement, propre et produits pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques utilisés ( parapharmacie et spa) au moins on sait où on met les pieds en passant par Viator (car des spa pululent à chaques coins de rues mais....??? Où tombent on?!)
Prise en charge à l hotel impeccable et à l heure convenue, dès votre arrivée dans l établissement on vous prend en charge de suite avec casiers fermés à clé pour ranger bijoux, affaires,porte feuilles.... une femme nous prends chacun en charge (pour notre part nous étions en couple ) mais tous les 2 dans le même hammam. Un gommage (plus que très énergique !! Très ( TROP )
gommant pour ma part !! et très douloureux quand on a des coups de soleil sur le corps... gommage plus qu efficace au savon noir avec gant " grattant " qui vous ôte toutes les peaux mortes et impuretés !! Elles frottent!!! (Vraiment à ne pas faire en fin de sejour avec des coups de soleil car c est très douloureux et vraiment désagréable !! Et....elle ne m a pas frotté plus doucement pour autant !!) Mon conjoint lui a mieux apprécié, femme plus douce qui lui a effectué le gommage. . Après le resultat est là quand vous voyez les impuretés qu elles vous otent et la douceur de votre peau ensuite!! Chaleur très supportable du hammam, plus douce que dans nos hammams d ailleurs..
Ensuite nous passons dans une deuxième pièce de massage, avec 2 nouvelles femmes qui nous prennent en charge pour un long massage de tous les membres des orteils jusqu'à la tête et jusqu'au bout des doigts (recto et verso!) A l huile d argan... très long massage très agréable mais plus " appuyé " qu en France également.... massage vraiment très long ,beau rapport qualité / prix comparé au prix en France....
2 heures totales de prise en charge individuelle avec pleins de produits de qualité avec le transport et la propreté de l établissement, des femmes polies et souriante ( sauf la mienne du gommage " récurrent"!!) , un petit thé à la menthe et bouteilles d eau offerts à la sortie en attendant notre taxi... parfait!
Je recommande cette expérience par Viator où il y a un très bon rapport qualité prix et un établissement et produits de qualité .

Fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje en Agadir.
El chófer nos recogió en nuestro nuevo hotel sin que se lo pidiesemos. Pudimos contratarlo también para la ida al aeropuerto.
El Hamman increíble, las que te hacen el baño parecen un poco brutas 😅 pero luego son amables y hacen muy bien su trabajo. Las que te hacen el masaje también muy bien, manos de oro.
En general el servio y el atendimiento un 10. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo muchísimo.
