Absolutely fabulous! Darius was our pilot and he talked us through the whole process. We were very safe the whole time. Views were beautiful and we had plenty of space in basket. We were flying around 55 minutes and watching sunrise was magical. Breakfast afterwards was lovely. I would highly recommend.

First you did not contact us as should be in your booking tkt 24 hrs before excursion
2nd that day was bad weather and if you have been in contact with us by mail , phone or WhatsApp we would advise you about cancellation and offered free rescheduling
3rd you got full refunded as the flight did not take place on that day
Last pick up nowadays is 06.00 am due to sunrise at 08.00, this you would save yourself more time to sleep and the correct information

We had a wonderful morning on this trip. Arriving while it was still dark, we got to sit around the fire and look at the stars. We then watched the daylight creep in until there was enough light to watch the team fill the balloon. We then had a magical hour trip on the hot air balloon, seeing the sun come up over the mountains. Landing smoothing near a herd of camels. We were then transported back to the camp and were giving a delightful breakfast. I felt safe the whole trip and the team were so friendly and professional.

The weather was against us but the pilot was determined. The programme changed slightly so that we could have breakfast first to allow the fog to lift. Magical experience. The car that collected us was not the most comfortable but the balloon ride was amazing

Cancelled once we got there because of the weather but thats not their fault and is apparently quite rare. We were able to re-schedule for the next day and we got to go up!
The rest of the experience was incredible! It was a bit cloudy but the views were still spectacular and we felt so safe with the pilot (Daruis).
Would love to do it again!

Best experience ever, our first time we loved every moment of it. Truly once in a life time event. ☺️
On arrival your sat outside a camp fire in pitch blackness, set aside a bedouin style camp. Beautiful. The hosts were amazing and very friendly. The pilot for the balloon gives you a detailed guide if the ride.
The stars to gaze at at night while your waiting for the prep work is something else.
The flight is wow what an experience. To be up between 2 to 3000 metres with the view open air wow.
Most a d the best of all is the sunrise.
Take a steady camera or have steady hands film the whole 5 minute event. You have never seen sunrise like this in the air.

It was a very smooth experience! We got picked up from our hotel, straight to the balloon site. On arrival we had tea/coffee and breakfast cakes, then straight to the balloon ride which was INCREDIBLE! Our pilot (Darius) was amazing and so helpful, he really looked out for us. It was all smooth and efficient, and the guys helping inflate and deflate the balloon as well as the people serving our food, again were so efficient and helpful. They deserve extra tips!

Very Good experience even though it was cloudy we went above the clouds to see the sun rise , felt safe through our flight ,
Only down side was the last notice of the pick up time it came through at 22:20 the night before for a 4:30 am pick up and then a very uncomfortable drive of 1hr and 20 min to the ballon could have done with a mini bus and Ac , however well worth doing , a lot of price variation in what people paid , Viator being the most expensive

Pickup was on time and the lengthy transfer was efficient, albeit a mite bumpy. Don’t sit in the rumble seat at the back of the van. Our welcome with hot tea/coffee was nice and it was interesting to see the balloon fired up in the early light. The flight itself was memorable though there’s not much to see below, but the sunrise itself was unforgettable. Agne our pilot was highly skilled and a pure delight, as was her husband who runs the logistics. It was most interesting to learn of their experience whilst competitive flying all over Europe. The ground crew were also most competent and we never once felt ill at ease. The breakfast served afterwards was ok given the remote location. All in all, a life experience to be recommended. Our only disappointment that people should be aware of is that there currently is only one balloon, so we did not get the kaleidoscope in the sky we’d hoped for. That will likely change as the operation grows, as it should.

We really enjoyed the hot air balloon experience, the early pick up was worth it to see the sun rise over the Atlas Mountains. The owners /pilots ensured all was done safe and at no point did we think there was any danger. Touched down gently right beside a Bedouin sheep farmers tents for the full experience.

This is such a great experience, if you are considering booking, I would recommend!! The pilot of our flight, Agne, was so professional and we felt we were in safe hands the whole time. When we arrived at the location we had a safety briefing and quickly got going to catch the sunrise. The flight itself was breathtaking and we were lucky to have great weather and enjoyed a flight time of over an hour! Afterwards, we had some breakfast in the tent and were given our certificates. We also met a super friendly dog who enjoyed some pets from us!
I would, however, like to point out a little gripe that I think is quite important to mention. The communication from the transport/tour people was poor. This is quite a pricey trip and I expected more updates through WhatsApp. Our flight was originally booked for the previous day and we were contacted to postpone due to a poor weather which was completely fine, but had this not been the case, I don’t believe we would have heard from them at all. On the day before the trip, I had no contact regarding our pickup time and at 8pm I had to enquire about pick up times myself which I don’t think is great. It turned out that we were to be picked up 1 hour and 15 mins prior to the actual booking time of 6am and had I not messaged, I would never have known this and likely missed our collection. If you are booking, ensure you get all the info you require in plenty of time as they not very forthcoming. They were also nearly 20 minutes late with no communication.

Early start so a big cold. We wore trousers and jackets. It was well organised and a nice breakfast provided after the flight. Definitely worth the Early start. There were 16 people in our balloon. 4 to each section. The landing was not what I expected but it was safe and fun! Views and experience were wonderful.

A 'must do' experience in my opinion. We arrived in darkness to a campfire and lamp lit area with big tents for a debrief while enjoying tea and a wee cake.
I was a bit dubious at first when we were told that the cloudy early morning would make for an ever better set of sunrise photos but this was never truer. Agne, the pilot took us up through the clouds and it was truly breathtaking. We were just in time to see the sun rising and the blanket of fluffy clouds which it sat above made it feel magical.
Agne was brilliant and made us feel in safe hands - the whole team were amazing!! The Berber breakfast vefore our journey back was also great :)

Do not hesitate to book the Agadir sunrise hot air balloon experience. I was nervous when booking as I didn’t know if I could trust the pilot or if it would be safe etc. I booked and thought if I get there agd have any hesitation we won’t climb aboard. I had contacted the organiser the day before via aviator to check in pick up time which was earlier than I thought so recommend doing this. A lovely taxi driver picked us up 5 mins early from reception at our hotel. On the way to the ballooning site we picked up 3 other lovely participants. When we got to the location there was tea and coffee along with a nice warming fire. We were introduced to the pilot and her husband who were absolutely lovely. Transpired we couldn’t have been in safer hands as Agne participates in balloon racing as well as training new pilots. She has actually won a bronze and silver world medal. The process for getting in the balloon, the take off and landing etc was explained in a safety briefing. The flight was incredible as was the sunrise, the basket was very spacious despite being 8 of us and Agne on board. The take off and landing almost an hour later were so smooth we didn’t feel either. Taxi picked us up and took us back to the starting point where we had a lovely breakfast of omelette, fruits, yoghurt, breads etc. then the same taxi driver took us back to the hotel. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! .

Great experience from start to finish. Collection was waiting for us on time. Pilot was a balloon racing pilot and made us feel very at ease with her knowledge and expertise. Her partner briefed us before hand and he was also very knowledgeable. Breakfast was okay . The driver brought us back to Agadir via the national park and he stopped for us to see and photograph a wild boar.

Just an absolutely amazing experience! Very professional team throughout. We were promptly picked up at 5.15am in a 4x4 in Tagazhout and driven to the take off site about 1.5 hrs away. We arrived in the pitch black to a fire and warm tea - it was very cold this early in the morning so take layers, It does warm up when it gets lighter. We left our bags in the tents so take as little as possible with you. There were 11 people in a balloon that could accommodate 16 which had 4 sections so plenty of space to take amazing pictures. Agne our pilot was very professional and felt totally safe in her very capable hands. Agne gave a safety talk and then we were up and away, such a tranquil amazing experience seeing the sunrise over the mountains around 8am. If this is on your bucket list don't hesitate to book. In total we flew for about an hour. There is only 1 balloon flight per day so the experience is very personable and wasn't rushed. We were given a Berber breakfast on return to the tents and even flight certificates and then driven back by 12pm. Our hosts spoke very good English and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this experience.

My partner and I were collected at 5am from our hotel in a car (with 3 others) by a lovely guy. Driven for about an hour in the dark so you get an opportunity to see Agadir in a different light.
On arrival you are greeted by a lovely ‘family’ of people, an open fire, cosy tent/barn and hot tea. We also had the pleasure of a little puppy to greet us which was an added bonus. The atmosphere is just magical. You’re in the middle of nowhere, it’s cosy, friendly and the sun is not up yet.
You get to see the balloon set up whilst a lovely guy tells you the history of the balloon, the pilot and their story of creating this life. At no point did we feel like a ‘customer’, it was like being part of their family and their story is fascinating and welcoming. You are talked through what is going to happen and the safety instructions and then you get to experience the balloon flight. It was so relaxing, mellow and enjoyable. We felt safe in the pilots hands as she was so passionate and experienced and made sure we had the best experience. Watching the sun rise was just stunning, this whole experience was unique and magical.
TIPS:
1: Dress warm as it can be nippy whilst on the ground waiting for set up.
2: Be prepared for how long it takes. Pick up at 5am, sun up about 8am on our day. They do not rush you through like a ‘tourist attraction’ you are treated like they have all the time in the world for you.
3: Eat before you go as breakfast is after the flight. (One couple’s hotel made them a take away breakfast which was a great idea).
4: Ask the team loads of questions as they are happy to chat and when you hear their story it adds to the magic of the morning experience.
5: Don’t be worried. It is way more chilled, relaxed and safe feeling than I was expecting. The whole team were so passionate and experienced.
If you have the opportunity and can afford it, I would 100% recommend you visit these guys! There was so much more to this than just a balloon flight.

We were so scared to book this but so glad we did! We selected the 0600 but our pick up time was 0515 which was communicated to us by what’s app the night before. Unfortunately we made the mistake of waiting in the hotel reception and at 0600 discovered we had been left! However, this was really the fault of the driver for not communicating with the security at the gate and the trip organisers arranged a taxi to come and get us which we were very grateful for! The balloon flight itself was absolutely stunning and we were in very safe hands with Agnes. The tent that they have is absolutely gorgeous and we had a lovely traditional breakfast when we got back before being taken back to the hotel. An absolute must do and I would massively recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Easy to book. The organisers were easy to contact for information and extremely prompt with their responses. Pilot was professional, informative and incredibly good humoured. Watched inflation and then up, up and away for an amazing sunrise over anti Atlas mountains. After 90 minutes of peaceful (cos it is at 600m! ) had a smooth landing and were picked up by to be taken for breakfast of hot drinks, omelette, pancakes, yogurt, bread, honey, jam and fruit with fellow passengers.
