The person/agency we booked the tour through is very good and well-organized. They pick you up in front of the hotel in a good, air-conditioned vehicle with a very warm and friendly driver.
The photos on the website are one thing (in late spring or early summer the water is gorgeous), but arriving there left a bit of a bad impression because of the natural lake itself (the water is quite brown, partly due to nature and partly due to people).
The surroundings are stunning, and it is truly worth visiting, but—for me—not for swimming. They just need to take better care of the surroundings and maintain cleanliness, as there is quite a bit of litter around the tourist attractions.
Still, just walking through the area is a very nice experience.
Amazing experience. Barber breakfast was some beautiful bread with oil honey and amount and we were then shown round a beautiful moroccan medicinal kitchen. With a small shop after to purchase if you wished. All very hands off no pressure to buy. Our guides were very brilliant and knowledgeable with amazing language skills!
The water was beautiful and our youngest one was enamoured with frog and terrain spotting. Kust don't forget your trainers. It's a fair walk but it's beautiful and scenic.

Thank you Ridha and Nabi for your great service you provided to me and my family. These 5-6 hours will never ever count from our life. All my family specially my children were so happy and 100% recommending the service. After we finished from paradise valley, on our way back to home, we stopped for 10-15 minutes to take an amazing photo from top of Agadir city and then we bought fresh local bread that was so delicious and concluded our fantastic day.

We went last year to the same excursion, it had changed slightly but had the same guide Mohammed who was very pleasant and supportive. Nabeel was the same driver,
calm and a happy chap. It felt so at home as we recognised the people. Very enjoyable, weather was warm but manageable.
Do wear sensible footwear as there are lots of stairs and narrow hills.
Cannot wait to go back.

We had a good day in paradise valley but it is a pretty steep walk in and out so anyone that has difficulty walking or are infirm I wouldn't book this trip once at the water it is really slippy getting in and out of the water so again I wouldn't book this trip if you are a none swimmer as there isn't really any part suitable for none swimmers.
