Contacted company to ensure we saw the goats in the trees - primary picture they use to advertise. Was told we would see them on our trip. Driver arrived 1 hour late (8am agreement, did not arrive until after 9am). I had to contact Viator to even get a response. You do not get a guide the entire time. You only get a driver, who is not knowledgeable of the culture / only area. Everything is on your own. The only time we had a guide was in the market (approx 1 hour) and he did very little. No guide / driver only. We exited the market and had to wait outside for our driver to return. We were then told no way to see the goats - too far away, yet we were promised to see them and my start stop time was co formed ahead of time. There was nothing else to do. We were also dropped back at the port at 1pm, not 2 (so the tour was cut short). Very poor experience.
We give great ratings for great tours, but this was the worst one for us and I would caution you to choose this tour.

First of all,we thank you for your time spent writing this review,but it would be better if you be honest and not lie.
Cause all what you said here it doesn't makes any sense....
You've booked the tour for 9:00 am and not 8:00 as you mentioned in the review,and you can prove it in the voucher you have.and everyone check out to see if we offer tours at 8:00.
All the tours starts at 9:00 and you booked for 9:00 and you were picked up at 9:00 so I don't understand why you said 8:00 ????
Regardingthe trees,first I told you is depending in their owner and I can prove it,I never promised you about something cause I'm tout guide and not the owner of the goats...
Secondly,we went to the place of the Argan trees and we didn't found the goats cause their owner doesn't brought them that day or may be he was gone...but this is not the rezone to say that it our fault...cause we don't sell you the goats on the trees we sold you the tour of the city.
And you had the driver and a local guide and you've mentioned I.so I don't understand why you said you were by your own???
At 1:00 pm you asked to be returned to the ship even we asked you if you'd like to have some drink at the bay but you said you want to go back to the ship cause that was enough and you were tired....
And I still without understanding why you've asked the full refund when you've enjoyed the tour and you did all what was in the itinerary???
So since you didn't get any return cause you don't have the right for it,cause you got what you've booked,so that why you wrote this review just trying to ruin our business that set.

I felt it was a lot of money for the experience. The picture of the tour features goats on a tree. When I asked about it I was told we should have asked earlier because it was now after the time the goats could be seen. Very disappointing. Our other stops were nice but we always felt the stops were to places where we might feel we needed to spend money. Not sure if the drivers were getting a kickback or not. Our tour of Casablanca was much better and cheaper for the same amount of time. We felt as if our driver there was showing us his city with pride. Much different experience

First of all,thank you for sharing you feedback with us.
Actually the picture of the tour was shot there during a tour.
But it's not in our hands to make them Waite for us.because the goats are owned by their owner and it depends on him and not on us.so if we couldn't find the goats on that day is because their owner doesn't bring them.
And conserning the places we've visited,are all mentioned in the itinerary of the tour.so we can't skip from at least you decide it and you never said that you want to skip from some place.
And the price is a fair price for a private tour Mary.
So please,I hope you understand it and move this comment please.
And if there's something to improve,please don't hesitate to tell me and I promise you that I have it in mind for the future.but please understand me.
