- The tour guiding by professional tour guide Bilingual Languages.
- Mosques Dress Code. Mosques have very strict dress codes, when visiting; Women must wear long loose clothing, insure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to their heads at all times. However, company will provide long-local Abaya with scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
- Men must not show above their knees and cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
- Infants are not charged if they don’t require a seat.
- Pick-up from your Abu Dhabi City Central hotels and cruise port only from outside the Cruise port gate, Airport pick up is available only from Premier inn Abu Dhabi Airport hotel.
- Large bags or luggage is not allowed.
- Entry to the Qasr Al Watan may be prohibited during presidential events but will be replaced with Louvre Museum (based on availability)
- There will be no entry for the tour guide inside the Qasr Al Watan but he will narrate you all the required information before you enter the Palace.
- There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.
- Mosque Hours: Sat to Thu: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)
- Fri: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Last entry 11:30 am) & from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)
- Tattoos must be covered for the mosque visit

The tour operators do all they can to make the experience enjoyable for you. There were issues that the guide had no control over, and several customers were displeased. The tour guide remained calm, and called their supervisor who was able to provide a solution that was acceptable for us all.

This is a brilliant way to learn about Abu Dhabi and see the real gems. The best 3 things to do the tower view, the real Palace (not the hotel) and the Grand Mosque. The Palace was the highlight absolutely stunning. Hamza has a brilliant sense of humour so we had a lot of laughs and he is very knowledgeable. Great day out!

At first, I wasn't sure, but I was impressed with the tour. They picked me up and dropped me off at the mosque, where we waited for the tour guide and the group to arrive from Dubai. The guide, Hamsa, was knowledgeable and understanding of everyone's needs. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. I certainly recommend this tour.

The tour was great! Ahmed got us in quickly to all attractions and helped us secure a great lunch despite limited time. He was very accommodating and particularly gracious with a disabled participant on our tour. We were able to see so many beautiful parts of Abu Dhabi in a one day! I highly recommend this tour!

Visit of the grand mosque, palace and Etihad tower was really amazing. Moustapha was a great guide, he wanted us to enjoy the visit and we really felt it was genuine. He was very helpful, always making sure that we understood, that had the best pictures from the best places. He was always smiling and making the tour fun and enjoyable. Didn’t get to go as the weather meant the trip was cancelled. I ended up sitting in my hotel lobby for over an hour before I found out. Communication with customers needs to be improved!

Mariana our tour guide was excellent and it was really interesting to see the Grand Palace and the Mosque as this is certainly not something you would ever get the chance to see in the west. Driver never showed up! I arrived on the MSC Europa Cruise Ship. I waited for over two hours in the terminal lobby which is easy to find as the cruise ship is over 1,000 feet long and 21 stories high. It can be seen for miles. I lost all my money and two hours of time. Use a different tour company!

Well organised tour, it's the only day during our 9-day trip that we visited so many places, indeed on a faster than I would prefer pace, but still. At the end of the tour we had the time to visit the Louvre on our own too. So we did 4 things in one day. Otherwise, you could do all those things on your own too, but with the tour will be faster. We barely did 3 things in a day otherwise. We stayed only 2 days in Abu Dhabi, that is way we took it. The second day we went to Yas circuit and Warner Bros theme park. We didn't visit Emirates Palace, maybe that's the other major place to see, and it is quite close to the last attraction...

Well structured tour, with lots of time to go inside main attractions. The presidential palace was stunning, and the view from the Ethiad tower was captivating. The highlight was the mosque. Mohammed was a great guide, and allowed us plenty of time to explore. Never felt rushed! Excellent value and highly recommended.

Very good itinerary and our tour guide - I qualify is one of the best. He is not only knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but caring and responsible. Seeing that we were not feeling well, we specially rented two wheelchairs so that we could visit the mosque smoothly. He also helped us all take pictures to make precious memories. Booking Viator travel was the right choice for us and will continue in the future

Overwhelming magnitude and beauty of both the palace and grand mosque. A nice addition was the trip ti the top of a nearby Hilton hotel for the view from above.
