Easy process, they got us in quick by guiding us to the right place. Definitely worth checking on more services. BRING YOUR HEADPHONES. They give access to a private app on your phone. Headphone needed and not provided.
We purchased an entry-ticket only (we opted not to have a guide). Ours was a last minute decision to visit and could not get entry tickets through the official web site. Viator had them and got us to skip the line.
Great operator who did a fantastic job helping hs get our tickets when we couldn’t find meeting point.
It was nice to skip the line, the staff member was really nice and helpful. The audio guide was easy to download and helpful while touring the building
Very good communication from all guides , and leading us thru the exhibit. Knowledgeable and informative
The guide was not where he was supposed to be. We then had to quickly book with another guide before getting a last minute message confirming a new meeting place. Very stressful experience
Fardin is great host helping me find the ticket he is great and very friendly show me the entrance and how to use the audio
Mihad was very helpful and made sure we were all set up before we went to the pantheon and he had a good sense of humor.
Basically, this is a 3rd party that gets you an entry ticket and that's it. They also significantly mark up the tickets - what would have been 14 euros for us to buy directly was more like $40 or $45. However, despite being fluent in Italian and a frequent traveler, the official Pantheon ticket web site would never complete my purchase, so in the end, I went with this option rather than miss the Pantheon altogether.
Someone meets you a block away from the Pantheon, gives you the tickets, and sets you up with a phone-based audio guide. The audio guide is decent, and the person we met was courteous and efficient. But once he set us up, we were on our own - there is no guided tour.
Pradip is a very friendly and helpful guide 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Got us in which was the whole point as it’s hard to get tickets from the official website. Confused about meeting point but we made it.
Pradip was great!! Very friendly and gave great suggestions. Recommend for anyone visiting Rome. ....
We had a wonderful experience! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We skipped the long queues, and the audio guide was easy to use and full of interesting information. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for making our visit so memorable
Pradip was a great guide and was very helpful setting up the audio guide! Super easy to get to and from the Pantheon!!
Good audio. Enjoyed listening to is while we sat in the pews. Easy to meet up and download tour. Remember to bring your own headphones
Very helpful and friendly staff, very easy ticket collection and help throughout. Pradip was the host. Pantheon was outstanding.
Great experience! Everything was on time and well organized. The guide gave clear and detailed explanations, and the online tour beforehand was very helpful. Highly recommended!
Not a guided tour but a self guided audio tour.
Explanation is a little slow but interesting. The preson who contacted us for the tickets was excellent and we did not wait in line at all.
It was amazing got to see everything, had to wait a while but when eventually got in was blown away even though our tour time got changed
I have booked the pantheon tour and Pradip was very helpful, he greeted us at the door and was very insightful
Pradip was an absolute dream to work with! He made the process so easy, and got us a last-minute ticket to something that was absolutely on our bucket list! Highly recommend the
Fardin and pradip was excellent to work with! Would highly recommend!!!!🎉🎉🎉🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
We arrived early to the meet location, and the Viator representative was unable to locate our tickets. We had to wait 25 minutes before entry.
Got to meeting point no one there, waited 10 minutes past start time, contacted company and they gave me directions to a bank 2.4 KMs away.
Replied back still no answer or refund
My experience purchasing the reserved entry ticket pass to the Pantheon was awesome! The person who was supposed to meet us there called me ahead of time and sent me a photo showing exactly where he was standing and the flag he was holding. It made him so easy to find. We found him right away, and he got us straight in with no waiting at all.
The Pantheon was truly incredible to see!
The Pantheon is great, but a spontaneous booking through this provider is not recommended. You do not receive the tickets by email, but only vouchers, with which you have to visit a hard-to-find employee at another location to then finally receive the tickets via WhatsApp. Completely unnecessarily complicated. We spent ages looking for it at first!

Pradip waited for us on time and took us to the Pantheon. Very kind until the end. At first we had a problem with the schedule, at first it was Sunday but they changed us to another date but they were clear on WhatsApp.
They are trustworthy.
