    Pickup Times: - Playa del Carmen: 7:30-8:00 AM (1 hr) - Tulum: 8:45 AM (15 min) - If this is a last-minute booking, pickup is subject to availability. Our offices close at 8:00 PM; we can confirm your pickup based on your location before then. - Parking: Super Aki (free & small) or Chedraui (payment & bigger) - Staff: Green shirts and caps - Van: White or gray, no logo Note 1: Delays can happen - traffic, weather, or late guests. We appreciate your patience. Note 2: No hotel pick-up in Tulum. Check the nearest meeting point to your stay.
