Transportation to and from the tour is available for guests who book this experience. Depending on your accommodation and the access conditions in the area, pickup may be arranged directly at your hotel or at the nearest assigned meeting point. Pickup coverage includes the following zones: Playa del Carmen • Downtown Playa del Carmen. For beachfront or coastal hotels, a nearby meeting point may be assigned because many streets in this area are too narrow for tour vehicles. • Playa del Carmen Hotel Zone • Playacar • Dorado Royale • Playa Paraiso • Punta Maroma • El Caracol • Paa Mul Riviera Maya • Puerto Aventuras • Xpu Ha • Akumal • Chemuyil Tulum For downtown Tulum, Tulum Hotel Zone, and the metropolitan area: Within Tulum city, pickup is handled through 8 authorized meeting points: • Súper Akí Tulum • Chedraui Selecto Tulum • Hotel Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club • Copal Tulum • Oxxo Veleta • Restaurant Camello Jr. • Mistiq Tulum Market • Hotel Kore Tulum Retreat and Spa Additional Tulum areas: • Tulsayab • Jacinto Pat • Xcacel Please consider the following before your tour: Some hotels, resorts, gated properties, or private complexes do not permit transportation vehicles to enter their facilities. In those cases, pickup will be scheduled at the closest entrance, access point, or authorized location available. There are also accommodations located in areas where vehicle access may be difficult because of narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked access, or security restrictions. When this applies, the nearest practical meeting point will be assigned. Pickup time changes depending on your hotel, area, and selected departure. For the 9:00 AM tour, the estimated pickup windows are: • Playa del Carmen: 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM • Riviera Maya: 7:45 AM to 8:50 AM • Tulum: 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM For the 1:00 PM tour, the estimated pickup windows are: • Playa del Carmen: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM • Riviera Maya: 11:40 AM to 12:50 PM • Tulum: 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM The time displayed on your ticket refers to the official tour start time. It is not your exact pickup time. If your hotel does not appear on the pickup list, please contact us before booking or before your travel date so we can confirm whether pickup is possible from your location or indicate the closest available meeting point. One day before your scheduled excursion, we will send a final confirmation message to the contact information provided in your reservation. This message will include your exact pickup time and assigned pickup location.

- Lunch for this experience consists of one Mexican à la carte dish. This meal is served according to the available menu and cannot be modified to match special diets, food restrictions, or personal eating preferences.
- Pets and companion animals cannot participate in this activity. For safety reasons, animals are not allowed to board the transportation or join the tour.
- Guests who wish to swim in the cenote must avoid applying products such as creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, or similar substances before entering the water.
- This excursion is not suitable for travelers carrying luggage. Only small personal items, compact bags, or small backpacks may be brought. The vehicles are used to transport passengers throughout the route and continue operating with other guests, so they are not available for storing or safeguarding suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
- Since April 21, 2026, archaeological zones in Mexico have restricted access with backpacks and luggage as part of their security rules. We suggest entering with only the most necessary personal items, ideally things that can be kept in your pockets or in a small personal bag. Some exceptions may be accepted, such as diaper bags, but the final decision depends on the security staff at the site. Any item that is denied access by archaeological site personnel cannot be stored, guarded, or assumed as our responsibility.
