My husband & I had a fabulous time!. Victoria couldn’t have been better. She was extremely personable and a precious young lady. As soon as we met her, we knew we were in good hands. It was also reassuring to know that she was able to track us and was in constant communication throughout our experience eapeciallly since we are from the USA. I recommended this tour and hope Victoria is your guide.

Operator failed to show, or communicate. We had to enlist the help of another onsite guide to contact the person that was supposed to be there. They simply said ‘oh we had trouble’.

Fun way to see Sintra!

Having the Twizy was the best decision and Victoria was a pleasure! She set us up with directions to each place we wanted to visit as well as recommendations for lunch and dinner. There's already a ton of walking to do at each palace or site and it's a very hilly area. The Twizy enabled us to park close to each site where cars wouldn't fit. And it was just plain fun!! We visited Peña Palace, Quinta de Regaliero, and Monserrat. We did not head to the coast by Twizy as our day was full visiting these 3 sites. Great experience and highly recommend!
