Too Noisy

Poorly organised. No one @ meeting point. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Confirmed mtg place with security & others to be sure. Tried several times & several ways to make contact- NO RESPONSE. No live English guide as advertised. Pre recorded with hearing device while simultaneously real life guide speaking loudly in Russian. Noise pollution. Staff were pleasant & well trained.
