You MUST give yourself plenty of time to get to the entrance. Not just the recommended time but MORE time. At 9am, we were caught in traffic in Füssen for more than 45 minutes, the bus que took another 30 minutes, etc. We missed our entry time and there was NO grace period. So, the company will sell you a ticket but there are many road blocks to arriving on time. I might recommend a tour company to negotiate all of this.

Das Schloss an sich war richtig schön, es lohnt sich sehr und auch unser Sohn mit 10 Jahren war begeistert!
Ich würde allerdings nie wieder über diese Seite buchen! Die Anleitung zeittechnisch war gut und die Tickets kamen auch rechtzeitig an! Allerdings kostet ein Erwachsenenticket 23€ und Kinder 2,50€! Wir haben über diese Seite 114€ bezahlt und ich habe keine Aufschlüsselung der Preise bzw. eine Rechnung bekommen um es nachzuvollziehen, hätte ich natürchlich prüfen können…!
Und wenn die Tickets am gleichen Tag wie die Veranstaltung ankommen bleibt nicht mehr viel Spielraum um etwas zu unternehmen!
Am Einlass kamen wir dann mit den Tickets nicht rein, angeblich waren sie schon eingecheckt! Zum Glück waren die Mitarbeiter sehr kolant und haben uns durch den Seiteneingang reingelassen, der Schreck saß aber sehr tief, da unser Sohn schon sehr aufgeregt und voller Vorfreude war!

Alles hat super geklappt! Die Tickets waren zwar ziemlich teuer im Vergleich zu dem offiziellen Verkauf, aber so konnten wir zumindest noch welche kriegen.
