We were promised tickets for today then told they were for the following day. Cancelled yet received neither a new ticket or a refund. Very bad customer service. Use another tour.

Just purchase at door it’s too difficult to get your tickets

Couldn’t get tickets or audio downloaded ended up buying tickets at door 😞 the site was amazing but this company was difficult and unable to find any help. I always book online through Viator and usually find it simpler but lesson learnt. Skip this cost because you will end up buying again at the door anyway 🤷‍♀️

Good Tour. Would Like an Expanded Audio Experience.

It was easy to receive the ticket via WhatsApp a couple of days before the tour. I got in quickly and with no issues. My only wish is that the audio tour was better. It only covered two of the rooms and there were so many other things that the one at the museum covered.

please..wander a little further than just the Duomo, Michelangelo’s David and the Uffici

Donatello s David predates Michelangelo s David and in fact inspired M. The humanism that Donatello perfected is incredible….you should not miss it…nor Giotto s last Fresco s in the “Choir’ room….the whole collection and the whole building are just incredible to experience. The Staff, even at the end of a crazy Summer and Autumn of tourists, are so nice and so friendly…..another reason we keep returning to Italy and to Florence….they are a wonderful people!
