Great tour!
We thought this was a great way to see the city and have transportation to Butchart Gardens. We had plenty of time for both. Our driver Tyco was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Wonderful full day
Zack was awesome, sharing a lot of history, and pointing out landmarks. He is a good driver too. We had a great time at the Empress Hotel enjoying a scrumptious high tea. The Butchart Gardens are not to be missed. What an amazingly beautiful experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Fabulous day tour
If you have limited time in Vancouver, this is the best way to visit Vancouver island and the Butchart gardens. The pick up, bus trip and ferry crossing was seamless and went according to schedule. The only delay was the slightly late arrival of the ferry into Victoria.
It would be a huge challenge to do this trip on public transport.
It was a very long day but totally worth it.
My other recommendation would be to stay on the island for a few nights, such as beautiful place.

Bus Shuttle to the Butchart Gardens.
This was an absolutely wonderful experience with the bus shuttle to the Butchart Gardens from our Alaskan cruise ship. The gentleman driver was absolutely delightful and we loved his presentation as he drove and described various historical and interesting facts about Victoria. The double decker bus was comfortable and centrally located right in front of the Empress Hotel. The round-trip price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this service.

Nice experience
Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable about Victoria. We were able to see all that we wanted, and the Butchart Gardens experience was truly magical A lot of trees were in flower, and only wished that the Roses had been in bloom,

It was a long day (12ish...
It was a long day (12ish hours) because of travel involved (i.e., bus and ferry) but worth it to see Butchart Gardens and to spend time in the waterfront area of Victoria. I picked this tour because it advertised 2 hours at Butchart Gardens but we were only there for 1.5 hours so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, the day was perfect. Our driver, Herman, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and helpful with everything along the way.

Great trip!
We had a wonderful trip to Victoria and Butchart gardens. Tim was a great tour guide! He had extensive knowledge about the areas we visited and his jokes kept us laughing. It was a long day but didn't feel like the 13 hours it was. Highlights were Government Street and the architecture of Victoria, Butchart Gardens' Sunken Garden and Japanese Garden, and the ferry ride back to Vancouver with Mt Baker and the snow covered BC mountains in the distance. Thanks for a great day!

Flawless Trip, Good Communications
Very well coordinated trip! Everyone along the entire trip was wonderful! We had a great seaplane ride from Vancouver BC to Victoria BC.
The airline terminal was clean and modern, friendly staff and complimentary coffee!
The trip was seamless and fun! We loved Jackie, our bus driver and tour guide.
The only area we felt could have made it any easier was if the full itinerary on the website was printable.
