Our guide and driver is Lucille. She is a friendly and knowledgable guide. And a very good and safe driver. We went to Monet’s house/garden first and it was so surreal to be finally there. The gardens is still abundance with flowers. It was a wonderful weather day albeit quite chilly but that is better than hot. Lucile told us many interesting stories about Monet’s life. After that we drove to Versailles and had a yummy lunch. We then visited the Palace and its grounds. It’s huge and so impressive. Lucile brought us around the palace grounds and it was just breathtaking. After that we went inside the palace and she explains each room to us. We completed the tour at about 3.50pm and she dropoff us at paris city about 4.30pm. There is one thing to feedback is the guide should have brought us to walk the main street outside Monet’s house. We could have spend 10-15mins there. We had plenty of time as we ended the tour at 4.30pm. I didn’t say anything there n then because i didn’t know how much time was needed at Versailles. But as an experience guide she should know. Just a small disappointment we didn’t get to walk the main street.

This tour was everything I had hoped for and much more. Julien was outstanding..incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, funny and patient. I toured with my parents..my mother has mobility difficulties due to multiple back surgeries and I specifically chose this experience so that we could be flexible according to her needs. Julien went out of his way throughout the day to secure a wheelchair when walking would be too much for my mother. He pushed her in the wheelchair through much of the garden at Giverny, and almost the entirety of our time at Versailles, all while providing amazing insight and history. The ease with which we entered and explored both sites was an incredible relief for me, as I just wanted my parents to see as much as we could. If Julien didn’t think a normal part of the tour was wise, we pivoted to something safer. Even on the drive, Julien would stop to show us important historical sites and breathtaking views. Giverny has always been on my bucket list..it was more beautiful than I ever imagined. Seeing my parents looked after by Julien as I would look after them was the most priceless part of the tour. Thank you for everything Julien, I’ll never forget your kindness!!

Just an exceptional experience, and a great way to enjoy the Palace of Versailles! The golf cart is the way to go in terms of touring the gardens… just makes the vast 2,000 acre site more accessible! Our privately guided tour was approximately four hours: two hours in the gardens and two in the palace. Our guide Alex was charming and oh so knowledgeable. Our tickets included jumping to the front of the queue, almost made it worth the entire tour price!? Thanks VIATOR and LIVTOUR!

As nearly everyone mentions, Marley is a fantastic guide and shares history that I hadn’t heard before. This is the perfect day for those who want to leave all the planning and logistics to someone else and just enjoy themselves in a gorgeous setting. The bike portion lets you explore so much more than just the average trip to Versailles and the market is just fantastic.

My husband, sister and I spent a fantastic day on a private half-day tour of Versailles. Chris picked us up at our hotel in a very nice vehicle. The visit to the chateau with Chris was really interesting and informative. Chris has a wonderful perspective especially as he has a degree in art. He told us many details you would never learn on your own.

An excellent private tour for two including pickup from the hotel, a fantastic and informed tour of Versailles and a drop off under the Eiffel Tower (our choice). Jill was a fantastic guide and kept us both entertained with information both in the car on the way and then through the grounds and Palace. Due to an injury my partner was on crutches but that didn't stop anything and Jill arranged a wheelchair for the visit to the palace. Would highly recomend booking a self drive golf cart in advance to tour the grounds as well if you can.. sadly the queues were to big for us.

Ooohh La La!!! What an amazing experience. This was a great way to see Paris on foot. Our guide Helena was sooo knowledgeable! She knew all the ins and outs of the city - from culture, food, politics, and Parisian lifestyle! She went on our pace. She knows where to take photos! She made sure we were comfortable each time! We never felt rushed. In fact she went over time and wanted to keep on going! Kudos to Helena for a great French parisien tour experience!!! Highly recommended!
