There is no fixed route or standard tasting programme: the day is built around you. Your host is a local DipWSET wine educator. You’ll have someone with you throughout the day who can help you understand what you’re tasting, compare different terroirs and styles, translate when needed, and offer independent advice on wines you may want to buy. Because every itinerary is different, winery tasting fees are not included in the tour price and are paid directly to each winery. Before confirming your itinerary, you will always know how much each tasting costs, so you can choose the wineries that best suit both your interests and your budget. Whether you are relatively new to wine or an experienced collector, the experience can be adapted to your interests. The idea is simple: less tourism, more wine discovery, at your own pace.

A private day through Piedmont's greatest wine country, guided by a certified wine educator. We begin at 9:00 over coffee at our Turin wine studio, then drive into the UNESCO-listed Roero hills. You'll walk among the vines to understand the terroir, step inside the cellar to learn about local winemaking, then settle in for a 5-wine tasting, including a remarkable Barolo, paired with local cheeses, cured meats and focaccia. Then we head to the Langhe, wander Barolo village, and stop for another glass of Barolo, before heading to a winery in Barbaresco. There we have our final tasting of 4 wines, including Barbaresco Riserva. Back in Turin by ~17:30. Half day (9:00–14:30): Roero winery, vineyard walk, Barolo town, 6 wines. In addition to some historical notes, there will be a moment on how to open with the saber. In the second part we will take action! That is, opening the bottle with the saber In the third part we will toast and taste the open bottle with some Savoyard whim and the Knight Saber Certificate will be awarded It will then be possible to continue the evening with our à la carte proposals.
