Good experience to learn about the history of the city
Bernard (I am sorry if the spelling is incorrect) very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about the adventurers, hunters and researchers in the Arctic during our visit to the Polar Museum.
Having a guided walking tour with a knowledgeable tour guide is good experience to learn about the history of the city.

Highly recommend this as a day trip
We had a nice day with our guide Valentinos. He was efficient in getting us to many places and was a great driver. We had a group of 7 of us and he made sure everyone was well taken care of. The views and experiences were top notch. We stopped for a nice lunch break and had a chance to visit a store/coffee shop as well. It was a nice day being able to see sights outside of Tromso itself.

Patience pays off!
It was great, I highly recommend this tour with Gabriel! We saw some amazing northern lights, however, please be patient. It took about four hours of standing out in the cold before we saw them. Our guide, Gabriel, set low expectations, so we were more than excited to finally see them. And, we were so appreciative when he sent us his very excellent photos and videos after the tour.

Postcard Perfect
This tour was a great little scenic interlude in our cruise adventure. Even though it was misty and rainy at times, we enjoyed scenery worthy of a postcard depiction—bridges, fishing shacks, colorful villages and a sandy beach! David was an excellent driver/guide. He took photos, made sure everyone’s needs were attended to and even did a second drive by so that people could see reindeer. Well done!

Relaxed but spectacular tour of the islands
Lovely few hours spent around the area, opportunities for walking a bit to get better viewpoints or see interesting features. Beautiful views of the fjords. Spotted some reindeer too! Lunch was nice, on the beach in Sommeroy. We would recommend this to friends

The best tour ever!!
This was such a fantastic tour! Anna and Michael were both incredible guide/driver. We got picked up an hour later due to the times of the sun setting as it’s the end of the season which was great as it gave us a higher chance of seeing the lights. We weren’t hoping to have the best light show due to the end of the season but we saw them so strong. We had a fantastic spot where we had a bonfire and ate soup. Anna and Michael actually moved our spot when a huge coach turned up so we would have a much better experience and not be disrupted which was so great of them. After we had seen the lights for a while we had some hot drinks and biscuits and then the lights came back out again. Anna explained the science behind the northern lights which was great to understand and it meant we knew why we were seeing certain colours. If anyone wants a northern lights tour you must book this one!! Thankyou Anna and Michael

An absolute must experience
This is an incredible experience and a true highlight of our trip to Norway. I was travelling with my husband and his family. My father in law is 77 and managed this no problem but he is very physically strong. The dogs are wonderful and the explanation and hospitality that was shown by our hosts was top notch. The scenery was beautiful and we just loved every moment of it.

This day trip was very...
This day trip was very interesting, fun and informative; we learned about Sami culture and reindeers/herding from a Sami woman (in Tromsø studying at the university) who spoke authentically and well of her culture and was a great tour guide. Thank you to all! The reindeer were super cute, got to feed them for a while :)

Oh Deer!!!
This was a wonderful experience! You really get up close and personal with the reindeer! If you are looking for real interaction with wildlife, you will love this! We learned so much about the Sami Culture and lunch was delicious. Take the longer sleigh ride, it is worth it just to take in the amazing scenery!

Highly recommend!
Well looked after little reindeer herd.
Everything organised efficiently. Reindeer are so sweet.
Veggies can have veggie soup at lunch if preferred.
Good little gift shop. Face cream and lip balm excellent.
Sami story time is very interesting with good time set aside for Q&A
Would highly recommend.

The Brim is very...
The Brim is very comfortable and we entertained ourselves by playing cards and listening to the fascinating talks the crew gave on our way to the whale watching area. Once we arrived there a couple of other boats just sitting there waiting. Our captain passed them by and sure enough 10 minutes later we found a pod of Orcas. They were moving around quite a bit, but the Captain always seemed to be one step ahead of them so we basically had a solid hour of constant sightings.
Well worth the money and the time it took to transit to the area where the whales hang out.

Seeing the whales was...
Seeing the whales was incredible. We got to see orcas and humpback whales. The trip there was long but we got super lucky with a smooth ride. Once we got there the staff were super engaging in giving history on the whales, pointing out where to look. We drove around following the different groups of whales. On the way back they gave soup. Unfortunately it was not gluten free. Then we got to see the northern lights on the water as we came home and they were incredible. Highly recommend but be careful if the water is choppier as it is 6+ hours of travel to get to the whales.
