Stavanger port & beyond
We throughly enjoyed our Stavanger experience. The tour was well paced and informative. It was good to explore further afield, not just the port and centre. Ole, our driver & guide, was excellent, being welcoming, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this excursion.

Stavanger has a varied...
Stavanger has a varied and interesting history learning about it was a pleasure. Our guide Jacob, is a university student and very knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor and is very patient and understanding of older folks who need a bit more time to get places.

Pulpit Rock with Kenth
Our guide (Kenth) was great! He was helpful and made sure we were wearing the right type of clothing and hiking shoes. I have a fear of heights, everything was fine but 100 meters before Pulpit Rock I stopped and stayed put. Kenth guided our group to Pulpit Rock, then came back for me. Thanks Kenth, you made our day!!!

Grace's Birthday!
The walk does need a reasonable degree of fitness. This walk would not suit anyone with knee or hip problems. Our guide, Rasen (from Denmark) was very good. He looked after us all well & kept the whole group together, stopping when needed for rests & for everyone to stay together. Pick up & drop off were both on time. Communication prior to our trip was good. We had a really enjoyable day for Grace's birthday! 😁

Stavanger tours typically focus on the area’s plentiful outdoor recreation activities, such as hiking, biking, and exploring the fjords by water. These activities allow you to take in some of Norway’s most iconic views, like nearby Lysefjord, Pulpit Rock, and Kjerag Boulder, with the guidance of a local expert. Discover the city through a local’s eyes on a walking tour through narrow cobblestone streets to visit landmarks such as the Stavanger Cathedral and the city’s most colorful street, Ovre Holmegate.
