The tour took us through some beautiful scenic areas and ultimately to the Langfoss waterfall which was spectacular! Our guide, Lilly, and bus driver Gary, were excellent. Lilly gave us lots of information about this area of Norway and had lots of facts for us. I would highly recommend this tour!

Very well organised trip. Bought tickets online and collected from a booth on exit of ship at port. Enjoyed sightseeing along the way with help from our guide who was very friendly.
This 11 AM tour would have been from our ship. At 8:54 AM the captain announced that due to high winds we could not safely go to Haugesund port. I immediately contacted the tour operator through Viator. From that point on we never heard anything from the operator. No acknowledgement, thank you, or offer of a refund, even partial. It is now a full day later. The ship offered the same tour and all those passengers got an immediate refund. The apparent lesson? In Haugesund use the ship, not Viator and this operator.
You will learn about Norway and it's history as well as see some beautiful sites. The waterfalls were great. Wonderful experience.. The guide as well as the driver were outstanding.
Amazing trip, well organised, Hans our driver was amazing too! Singing to trolls a hilight! Highly recommend
Have rain gear. It could be quite wet at the falls. Very beautiful drive to the falls. Guide very informative.
Waterfall is impressive but the 2 plus hours each way on the bus was too much and I wouldn’t choose to do this trip again.
The coach was high spec and comfortable but we stopped once at a the monument and then the waterfall and lastly at a supermarket/cafe. The trip lasted 5 1/2 hours and we were off the bus for 90 minutes.
Guide was informative.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found Langfoss Waterfall impressive, the coach comfortable, and our guide informative.
We would just like to clarify that the duration of the tour, as well as the approximate driving times and stops, are clearly indicated in the tour description so that guests can know what to expect before booking.
Langfoss is located some distance from Haugesund, but the journey itself is also an important part of the experience. The route takes us through beautiful Norwegian landscapes, passing fjords, mountains, lakes, and small villages, which many of our guests consider one of the highlights of the excursion.
Great trip, very nice guide (Lilly is super nice and knowledgeable)
Nice journey with lots of interesting facts.

It was great to see the countryside of Norway and the famous waterfalll and so many more along the way.
Great time! Took awhile to get there but it was worth it! It was spectacular to see! Well worth the time to visit!
Quite expensive for basically a coach journey albeit picturesque. Could do with more time exploring the waterfall area.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the journey.
We understand that you would have liked to spend more time at the waterfall. However, the approximate travel times and the duration of each stop are clearly indicated in the tour description, allowing guests to know the itinerary before booking.
As this is a shore excursion, the schedule is carefully planned around the cruise ship’s time in port, with our main priority being to ensure that all passengers return to the port safely and well before the ship’s departure.
The journey itself is also an important part of the experience, taking guests through the Norwegian countryside, along the Åkrafjord and through some spectacular landscapes before reaching Langfoss.
Thank you again for joining us and for sharing your comments.
Kind regards,
FIORDOS NORUEGOS
Well organised trip, worry free with the guarantee not to miss your ship departure, and the waterfall was incredible
Great experience, spotless bus and clear meeting instructions,on time and very organised.Highly recommended
Lilly is the best!!
This was a full day trip Excellent views and plenty of time at the waterfall with couple of lovely photo stops Our guide Lily was great
Hans was our tour guide and he was quite informative. He shared much of Norway’s history. The bus ride was an hour and 30 minutes each way but didn’t feel so long because the bus was nice, comfy and clean. The waterfall was stunning. Overall the tour was terrific and it was an appropriate value. I’d do this one again if given the chance.
Lily was our guide, lovely knowledgeable lady, despite our weather conditions we stil enjoyed our experience to Landgoss waterfalls, stunning scenery, would do this tour again, and a lot cheaper then the cruise companies.
Easy to find from the cruise port. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much Lily
Beautiful waterfalls! This tour gets you closer to the fjords and nature. We were able to buy chocolates made from delicious Norwegian milk. Lily our tour guide was amazing.
We wanted to send this review to express our gratitude to our tour guide Lily.
We have done a number of tours in the last couple of years and can confidently say that Lily has been by far, the BEST TOUR GUIDE we have had.
The love for her adoptive country shines though every interaction, every explanation, every story. Lily excelled in every single aspect of the tour. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and funny. She went above and beyond to provide each person in her tour an experience that was memorable and rewarding.
Please pass along our appreciation to Lily for the most wonderful tour experience thus far.
First off, I took this tour through Viator; the tour operator picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise terminal on time.
The bus driver was very kind and friendly.
The high waterfall is the main attraction, but it is not really impressive, just my two cents. Since one can go only on one Excursion due to cruise related time constraints, I wish I would have gone on some other Excursion to explore some other attrections this port town has to offer.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that everything went smoothly regarding the organization of the tour, that you were picked up and returned to the cruise terminal on time, and that you had a positive experience with our driver and guide.
We completely understand that every traveler has different expectations and preferences when it comes to the attractions they visit. Langfoss is one of Norway’s highest and best-known waterfalls, and the excursion is designed not only around the waterfall itself, but also around the scenic journey through the Norwegian countryside and along the beautiful Åkrafjord.
We are sorry to hear that the waterfall did not meet your personal expectations and that, in hindsight, you would have preferred to explore other attractions in the area.
Smooth tour, waterfall was beautiful! Bus was new. Tour guide was funny. Very close to waterfall and fjord.
Be prepared for wet weather. Can’t be helped but does spoil the experience as regards how long you want to stand in the rain.
Lily was a fantastic guide, smart, funny & very informative.
Definitely recommend this tour
The scenery was magnificent and Lilly was an awesome guide. Prepare for the changes in weather. I would highly recommend this tour.
Great trip and very knowledgeable guide and driver. Sat on the right side of the bus but I don’t think that really matters. Enjoy!
A very scenic drive to see the country side. Our guide Lily was terrific - very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The falls were impressive.
Bus trips can feel tedious. Not the case for us as our guide Lily enlightened us along the way about not only what we were seeing but also interesting insights into life in Norway. The waterfall itself was good to see as was the terrain there and back.
Picturesque trip on a very comfortable bus. Lily, was nothing short of fabulous. Her knowledge and insight of the area made the trip come to life. Without her commentary it would have been a just an okay day trip. We really appreciated all her shared experiences. She chose one of the best local places for lunch. Wow, what a treat.
Steep stairs if one wants to go up the mountain where the water falls, though you can see where they end and hear the force of the water againdt the stones, walking along the Fjords was lovely.
Unfortunately we expected much better from our guide Marina. She didn’t know any history at all but instead she was telling us things as if we were going to settle in Norway example their way of life, their taxes, national insurance etc which to us tourists was irrelevant.
Nothing said about Vikings the nice granite like stones found nearby etc.
Really beautiful but don’t try to hike the waterfall. You don’t have enough time so just enjoy the waterfall. The stop is only about 30 mins and to hike to the top takes about 1.5
Tour guide was fun entertaining and knowledgeable. He was very passionate about Norway and all it's wonderful scenery.
more time spent on bus than anything else Tour guide was not very interesting She just read from a paper She did not give us any
interesting facts about places we were passing and we had to
constantly tell her to speak louder
Well organized trip. The views are amazing even during the ride to the sites. The guide provided lots of local information along the way.
