Discover the art of making elegant chocolate-glazed éclairs in a charming 2.5-hour evening experience near Porto. Under the guidance of Cordon Bleu-trained baker, engage in a relaxed atmosphere where you’ll learn to prepare the choux pastry, create a smooth filling, and glaze your éclairs. This cooking lesson will take place in the kitchen OF FONTE SANTA one of the last owned DE rural on the slope of Villa Nova DE Gaia! Our "chef" will prepare some of the traditional Portuguese snacks and dishes...as well as the cream milk or aletria for dessert!
