Have you experienced forest bathing? Known locally as "Lublob ha Kagurangan," it's a unique nature-adventure activity offered at Mahagnao Volcano National Park in Burauen, Leyte. This involves trekking under a dense forest canopy, where centuries-old majestic Tanguile trees dominate the trail. The trail also features other fascinating flora such as clumps of bagakay bamboos, rattan palms, and giant fern trees, among others. Forest bathing entails immersing oneself deep into the forest, allowing for a reflective connection with nature. When approached with complete mindfulness and surrender to the natural surroundings, it transforms into a deeply relaxing and stress-relieving experience. Engaging all senses during a forest bath can yield a wide array of benefits for physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. This is great for family, groups and couple seeking for a nature experience.
