Please arrive 15 minutes early at the meeting point. In the case of a Shared Cruise, we cannot wait for latecomers (and there are no refunds and no rescheduled for latecomers - zero tollerance), as passengers who arrive on time often request that the service be performed as scheduled at the agreed.
