Hawaiian food tour
This tour was really like a food tour. We loved it. Our guide/ driver Marve, gave us lots of great information about the places we visited and food we tried. He recommended a great place for lunch which turned out to have the best shrimp we had on our vacation.

Pearl Harbor tour
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area, so friendly. We did not get on the Arizona Memorial because of the wind but we're able to cruise the Bay and get pictures and hear about it. Loved that we were able to see the Punchbowl Cemetery and enjoyed the entire experience.

Awesome Kayaking Adventure
We had such a great time kayaking from Kailua Beach to Na Mokulua island. The weather was perfect and the water was calm. The staff at Kailua Beach Adventures is so friendly and welcoming. They were very informative and helpful. It is five miles round trip, but you can take your time and stay on the island before heading back. The kayaks, safety vests, snorkeling gear and lunch were included in our package. We chose to do the self guided kayaking tour, but felt completely safe and informed before starting our adventure. We highly recommend booking your next excursion with Kailua Beach Adventures. They offer several options and packages. They also offer free onsite parking as well and their location is very easy to find. This was the highlight of our vacation.

Very moving memorial...
Very moving memorial site, and the tour allowed for a sufficient amount of time at the location. I did not know much about the history of Pearl Harbour before coming but learnt a lot.
Besides the memorial site, our bus driver/guide (Oli?) was amazing! He was beyond friendly and helpful. Provided lots of great information on the bus ride, about Pearl Harbours history, but also about Hawaii in general. He was very entertaining and is definitely a great asset to the company :)

What a wonderful...
What a wonderful experience! This was my second time in Hawaii and my first time traveling solo, and the tour was an amazing way to experience the island! Papa P was fantastic, and as a local, he provided detailed history about our stops and the sights we passed. His commentary and jokes helped to make the long commute between destinations entertaining and fly by! Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona are a must have stop. The place provides many was for people to learn about the our history, even providing interactive reading and activities to bring you into what people had to go through. The Arizona always takes your breath away when you are stood across from the names of men who passed during the bombing. You even get to see the parts of the ship that are still visible after it sunk. It really makes you realize the impacts these events and wars have on everyone and makes you take a second to be grateful that you are here to share these experiences with the loved ones in your life. Papa P was always thinking about how to give our group the best experience, and he took us to the Polynesian Cultural Center (PPC) before Dole, allowing us to experience the canoe parade that could otherwise be missed if going to the Dole Plantation first. PPC provided entertaining yet insightful way to learn about the Polynesian culture with displays of dances from the islands across the world, a canoe ride with a worker to provide history, interactive activities, and museum tours with works to give history on the items! They also have small shops to buy food, drinks, and souvenirs. The workers are incredibly kind and insightful on sharing their culture. We stop for lunch at Shrimp Da Bomb, and while I’m allergic to shrimp they had a chicken option and a vegetarian option, which I chose. Papa P was thoughtful to set up the tables to allow us to eat family style, providing sauces, sanitizers, and even fly swatting fans. He was always considerate on making sure everyone was included, always trying to talk to everyone and learn about when they’re traveling from and what brings them! Papa P also includes a few additional stops to what was advertised, one of which included the Macadamia Nut Farm! It’s a lovely little place that has great souvenirs and local vendors that are lovely and very good at their jobs 😭! The farm provided free samples of their local coffee, macadamias, and various beauty items before purchasing. I managed to get lovely local jewelry from a vendor for gifting and even beautiful and inexpensive post cards! The vendor was very kind and even provided me with a free bracelet with my purchase! Papa P drove as past sights such as where’d they filmed scenes for big movies and even some landmarks where we had the options to get out for pictures! The Dole Plantation has a big store, but it’s items are definitely catered to tourist. Some of the items seem a bit tacky in my opinion and seemed like you’d be a walking advertisement with the items. Besides that, they have a great variety of snacks to choose from! They also had activities such as a train ride around the plantation, a maze, and a self guided garden tour. We were not able to do those though, but Papa P did ask if anyone was wanting to do the train ride so that he’d know how much time to allow us to explore. The plantation also provided trucks with dole whip and some food options. I didn’t go for it this time though because Papa P was very kind and brought us to a local coffee and ice cream shop that is actually one of his favorites. The place had delicious ice cream that is made in Hawaii and coffee that is roasted at the location! The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the shop even provided free samples of their coffees and tea before purchase. The shop has a small gift shop inside if you wanted to get souvenirs. The shop’s decor was lovely and felt down to earth with lots of artwork and posters and a door filled with stickers, business cards, and even posters for events like concerts. Papa P was always thinking of us and how to provide us with the best experience while making it entertaining,
even pulling out his guitar to sing for us! I was a bit nervous traveling solo and doing a tour, feeling like I might be back of the group, but Papa was wonderful and making everyone feel included. And I was grateful to have wonderful people in my group to talk to me when they saw I was standing alone! Overall, the tour is a must do on your trip as the all day experience allows you to learn so much about the culture and provides good opportunities for photos and gifts/souviners!

The tour was very nice...
The tour was very nice itself, however the weather was terrible with unfortunately no one can control. Our driver and guide were both very friendly and tried to make the day enjoyable despite the downpours. Waimea Park had closed early due to flooding , so our guide substituted a few things not on the list.

AMA the amazing tour guide!
AMA was amazing. He shared so much history that it made our day and trip extremely fulfilling. There’s no way we would have learned so much about the islands and the culture without him. Definitely sharing his contact with all our friends and family for their trips.

Great tour and...
Great tour and informative. Bring a clear bag if you need to carry things to not have to check things. Don’t bother with a hat (it’s windy). Wear comfortable shoes.
Please listen and don’t take pictures where you are told not to - it was really disrespectful to watch people take selfies and look at me photos over the hallowed waters on the Arizona memorial.

Wonderful Experience at Pearl Harbor
Awesome 9 hour tour. Will was great. He explained the process that we had to go through to see the USS Arizona Memorial. Everyone on our bus got ample time to see the memorial as well as a tour on the USS Missouri. After seeing both areas he took us to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific which was also so amazing and great views of Honolulu. He showed us and told us other highlights on the island. We really enjoyed the tour. He was prompt picking us up at our designated location.

Wonderful Experience!
Oli made it so much fun with his jokes along the way. He was a wealth of knowledge and his narration of Pearl Harbor was captivating even though we knew the history. We were so thankful and loved every minute of it. We appreciated the ranger right before getting on the boat, putting everything in perspective to be in the correct mindset before going out to the memorial.

Lots of fun!
The time we spent on our Glass Bottom Boat trip was well spent. The boat crew were amazing. They were funny, interesting and helpful. We saw a variety of fish and a couple of turtles. The value of the trip was great! It was lots of fun for little money. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Waikiki Glass Bottom Boat Tour is Great!
The Waikiki glass bottom boat tour was fantastic! The captain was welcoming, kind, and funny. The crew were great, took pictures, pointed out points of interest, and fed the fish to keep the fish swimming with the boat. We got a lot of information on boats in the marina and out on the water. It was a great time!
