A peaceful and informative way to spend a couple of hours. We arrived and a group of knowledgeable women whisked us through the process of picking out and donning kimono - they are clearly experts. We then learned about the tea ceremony and had some sweet treats - very beautiful and tasty. We watched the tea master make the tea, before each of us having some tea. I don’t usually enjoy matcha, but this matcha was very delicious and high quality. Each family had the chance to try making tea. It was a lovely, meditative afternoon.

Our guide Kotaro was so knowledgeable! We walked trough the Sake museum and learned about the Sake brewing, then we proceed to the tasting experience. We had so much fun and feel more confident about choosing our sake! This is a must do tour if you are in the Kyoto area! Thank you so much Kotaro!

We had an amazing experience with the street go-karting! Our guide was absolutely excellent, our safety and overall experience were clearly his top priorities from start to finish. He made sure we stayed together at all times and didn’t miss any of the sights along the way, which really added to the enjoyment. Knowing we were in safe hands meant we could fully relax and enjoy what was such a fun and thrilling experience. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for something unique and exciting!

We just completed a private Tokyo tour with Sherilyn (“Custom Highlights and Hidden Gems”), and it exceeded all expectations. In just 4 hours, she managed to give us a rich, well-paced experience that included multiple shrines, the iconic Shibuya Scramble Crossing, and even the Godzilla Information Map in Shinjuku—plus many other interesting stops along the way. Sherilyn was absolutely on a mission—in the best possible way. She maximized every minute, ensuring we not only saw a lot but also understood the history, culture, and context behind each location. It never felt rushed, just incredibly efficient and engaging. What really stood out was her communication and professionalism. She reached out via WhatsApp well before our arrival in Tokyo, making coordination easy and giving us confidence going into the tour. During the tour, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. We logged over 13,000 steps (per my Apple Watch), which says a lot about how much ground we covered—but it was worth every step. This was the most fun activity that we did!! It was awesome to go kart around the streets! We were in the Ahkihabra area, but saw so much more!!! Our guide, Aaron, was great!! Very clear on rules and instructions and truly patient in the few times I got distracted by the amazing architecture and lagged behind a smidge. He also took some awesome pics that we will always have! Thank you Aaron!!!

We really enjoyed this activity. Well organized and the staff was very friendly. They dressed us all up at the beginning. Both the interpreters and the master were very knowledgeable. We got to learn very interesting facts about the samurai and the specific house we were in. We saw a demonstration from the master accompanied by flute playing, we did zen meditation and also some sword appreciation holding real swords. The best part, of course, was the sword training and slashing with a real samurai sword! First we learned the moves with wooden swords and then we all got to apply those moves with a real one. The master was very kind and patient and explained everything throughout the session, always looking out for our safety as well. It was very exciting! I definitly recommend it for anyone who wants a real samurai experience.

Mayura showed us places in Osaka that we certainly wouldn’t have had the chance to visit on regular tours. She customized the tour according to our needs and interests. I highly recommend Mayura as a preferred guide for your visit to Osaka. She truly makes all the difference. The tour was so enjoyable that we didn’t even realize how much we had walked.

It was a great way to see the fish market. Our guide showed us the different areas within the fish market and made some great recommendations on things to try. The sushi making class was also one of the highlights of the trip and we ended up enjoying the food we had made.
