Spectacular day in Nikko (with Hiro)

Hiro was our amazing guide for the day. His knowledge, kindness, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding! Nikko's blend of Shintoism, Buddhism and nature is spectacular and a cultural inspiration. Hiro added just the right amount of explanation at each spot. We highly recommend this tour, of you didn't get Hiro, make sure to ask for a licensed guide. Kudos to Hiro: He was extremely helpful before we arrived in Japan, giving us very detailed instructions how to purchase the necessary tickets for the day. Without his guidance we would have been lost. Transportation is very complicated in Japan, beyond the language barrier. Before we left the US, Hiro provided us with step by step PowerPoints and an itinerary. Because it was a holiday in Japan, everything was super crowded so we didn't do all he had planned. At the end of the evening, Hiro sent an updated itinerary for our scrapbook, along with a nice note. Rather than tipping, which is considered rude in Japan, we brought souvenirs from NYC and Phoenix just for him. We thoroughly enjoyed our day learning about Nikko and Japan through Hiro's lens. すてきな一日をありがとうございました。

Amazing trip.

Our pickup from the airport is so smooth. The driver is waiting outside the terminal. Our arrival is late in the evening, the driver showed his hospitality. The booking process was quick, easy, and convenient, and having everything organized through the app made traveling much less stressful. Perfect Transfer Service.

Perfect transfer from Haneda Airport to our hotel in Tokyo. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and the company tracked the flight to ensure the driver was there for my arrival. Our driver Liao text me the day before so I had his WhatsApp which I used when we landed. Sure enough he was at the airport waiting for us. I'd definitely use them again on my next return to Tokyo.

A Memorable Kyoto Experience, thank you Miyake

Our tour guide, Miyake Nobumasa, was absolutely amazing and made our visit to Kyoto’s Gion district truly memorable. He shared so many fascinating historical details about each site and location we visited, giving us a deeper appreciation for the history and culture of Kyoto. One of the highlights was seeing Geisha walking down the street. Miyake was incredibly knowledgeable about Geisha history and traditions and pointed out the trainees by the distinctive way they wear lipstick only on the bottom lip. His insights gave us a fascinating glimpse into a part of Kyoto’s culture that we might otherwise have missed. He kept a comfortable pace throughout the tour and made sure we had opportunities to rest when appropriate. His knowledge, stories, and insights brought each location to life and gave us plenty of interesting details to think about even after the tour was over. He also kindly took a photo of our family together at the pagoda, giving us a wonderful memory that we’ll cherish from our trip. We highly recommend both this tour and Miyake Nobumasa as a guide. If you’re visiting Kyoto, this is a fantastic way to experience the city, learn about its history and traditions, and make lasting memories!

We used Viator and they booked us through City Unscripted who asks the questions and pairs you with a guide. We were matched with Justine and she was amazing! There were 5 of us and we all had an amazing time! Justine was able to help show us how to use the local transit and showed us amazing places as well as recommended many others! We got to see Tokyo Tower and book tickets to come back later, the Imperial Palace, Hama-rikyu Gardens, and Zojoji Temple. We walked a lot this trip and this was our highest step day!

Nice last day in Japan

Originally I booked a simple transport from Yokohama Cruise Terminal to Haneda Airport. But since our flight back to USA was for mid afternoon, I asked the company to arrange some extra time for additional cost of course for us to add a short tour of Yokahoma before heading to the airport. Everything worked out great. Driver was punctual, helpful and professional. Enjoyed our last day in Japan.
