Captain Fernando is the best!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our private tour of Miami with Captain Fernando! From start to finish, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and engaged. His knowledge of the Miami area was impressive—he shared fun facts and stories about that city that everyone found fascinating. The highlight for us was cruising past celebrity houses, which he pointed out with interesting tidbits about the construction and neighborhood. What truly set Captain Fernando apart was how wonderful he was with our two young children. He patiently answered all their questions and made sure they were included and safe throughout the tour. His friendly, warm nature made the whole outing feel personalized and relaxed. If you want a memorable, fun, and informative tour of Miami with a captain who genuinely cares about his guests, Captain Fernando is the one to choose! The missed reservation

It was great had a 7pm appointment, arrived about 715 and the boat had just left. Ran down to customer service and she said oh that’s ok another comes at 8… It was such a relief to know… Ended up catching the boat and enjoyed the trip with the rest of the family.

There needs to be better...

There needs to be better directions for the meeting point. We walked all over Bayside Market place trying to figure it out. No one answered the number provided. Very stressful! Once we eventually stumbled upon the the check in the rest of the process was smooth. The bus ride to Sawgrass was fine. The actual tour once we got there was great. Our captain was very knowledgeable. We were able to spot a few gators in the canal. At the presentation we learned some new facts about gators and had the opportunity to hold or touch a gator. Overall we really enjoyed the experience.

This was a terrific experience. Boat ride was enjoyable, drinks and food delicious. The sand bar was refreshing and pleasant. Floated and cooling in the sun. Dolphin observation was so fun to watch. As a solo traveler I had no issue - great for the solo traveler

Great day on the water

What an amazing experience! We did a half day trip with family. Capt. Nick was the best! He took us to some beautiful locations, pointed out cool spots, and was very accommodating for us. If/when we come back, we will book the fishing charter with him next time! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Fabulous!

We are seasoned travelers and take excursions almost everywhere we go. This tour is in our top 5! Al, our guide, is fabulous and knows his city incredibly well. He had so much information to share it is impressive! The Sprinter van is comfortable and very clean. Side note: it has great air conditioning on hot Miami days. Al served drinks and snacks which helped keep everyone happy. I really liked the fact we had a good mix of driving around as well as time on our own walking. Lunch in Little Havana was wonderful and Al gave us all sorts of suggestions on places to eat and sites to walk to when we were on our own. Do this tour, you won’t regret it!

Must do!

This is a must do if you’re in Miami our driver was great if you have family and friends traveling with kids, this is a must do to see the city and see the culture very in depth loved star city the driver went into great detail details on the city culture and in each stop had a great story. We even got to try local food and went to local spots that Taurus really don’t go to this was really really great a must do if you’re in Miami and the boat cruise afterwards was really dope. It was a vibe alcohol 10 out of 10. You definitely get your moneys worth we had the passionfruit Mojitos. Get there early for a good seat. Also bring a towel to dry off the seats, just in case it rains during the day staff only kept napkins on hand and they ripped easily.

Wonderful experience & crew

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this catamaran snorkeling tour! From start to finish, everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. The snorkeling equipment provided was excellent, and the instructions were some of the best I’ve ever received on any snorkeling excursion. The crew took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making everyone feel comfortable, confident, and safe before getting in the water. The boat itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the ride. However, the true highlight of the trip was the incredible staff. Shay, Travis, and Alexa were outstanding! They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and worked hard to make sure everyone was having a great time while prioritizing safety. Our drinks were never empty, and their positive energy made the entire afternoon even more enjoyable. This was easily one of the highlights of our Key West vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Fun times with a good vibe.

I highly recommend this experience. We were a group of 8. We were able to cluster together and share laughs while making memories. The crew was attentive with a good sense of humor as we jested with each other. Very affordable and they cleaned our catch. We were able to fish several spots and caught a variety of fish.

What an absolutely...

What an absolutely amazing trip! We originally booked this trip for 1Apr26 but had to change as Artemis II went up that day (we saw it from Universal rocket) so I contacted Viator to change it and they sorted it straight away so we went a few days later. The tour guide was brilliant and really informative (advising us to do the bus tour first) and everything ran on time and to schedule!

Amazing

We did a private 1 hour tour with Nick. It was excellent. I am a native South Floridian, I had not done an air boat tour in many years and I have really been missing out. The Florida Everglades are our best asset. Our guide was knowledgeable, and our glades did not disappoint. I will definitely be doing this regularly.
