Joshua was our tour guide...
Joshua was our tour guide today, 26/06/2026, we were late to arrive at “the shed” due to taxi not arriving. He handled our delay with kindness and we set off on an excellent tour of Bordeaux. Going by bicycle is an excellent way to truly grasp the geography and historical significance of Bordeaux. Bravo et Merci Joshua

Lovely Morning in Old Town Bordeaux…
We had a wonderful time with Alex on this tour. The food was fantastic and the final stop with the meats and cheese we selected on the tour was at a terrific wine shop and could not have been better or more educational. Great value and highly recommend!

Excellent guide and tour. Plenty of delicious food and wine all with great explanations. Very nice pace that included stops in locally owned restaurants and stores. The guide provided a wonderful overview of the many wines in Bordeaux with excellent pairings that impressed so all. Very sweet group of guests too!
The guide seemed like he really enjoyed what he does. We highly recommend his tour!!!!

Great way to explore Bordeaux
Pascale was a very knowledgeable guide for the beautiful city of Bordeaux. She guided us beautifully through the city and all its architectural and historical beauty. Even though the tour is planned to take 2 hours, she did not mind spending some extra time to answer all our questions. Definitely would do this tour again

Highly Recommend the bike tour and wine experience
I had an excellent full-day biking wine tour through Saint-Émilion, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my time in Bordeaux. The experience struck a great balance between activity, education, and pure enjoyment. Cycling through the vineyards was both scenic and relaxed, with just enough structure to keep things smooth without feeling rushed. The wine component was particularly well done. We visited a variety of estates, each offering a different perspective on the region—from traditional family-run châteaux to more modern operations. The tastings were thoughtfully curated, and the guides provided clear, engaging explanations about terroir, grape varieties, and production methods without being overly technical. It felt like a genuine wine training experience rather than just casual sampling.
What really made the day stand out was the variety: different wines, distinct locations, and unique atmospheres at each stop. Combined with the charm of Saint-Émilion itself, it made for a rich and memorable experience. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Bordeaux in a more active and immersive way.

Outstanding wine tasting experience
James was so knowledgeable, this was such a fantastic wine tasting session, we both loved it. James knowledgeable of wine was outstanding. His explanations of the wines and processes of production and classification were simple clear and landed with us. Way better than the whole day tour we went on the day before. Great wines. Highly recommended

Tammy was EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the City Center
We had a wonderful walking tour of Bordeaux with Tammi! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history, local insight, and hidden gems along the way. You could tell she truly knows Bordeaux inside and out. She navigated the city effortlessly and made getting around easy and enjoyable, which allowed us to relax and fully take in the experience. Tammi’s enthusiasm and expertise brought the city to life. We left feeling like we not only saw Bordeaux, but truly experienced it.

Absolutely Worth It!
Antoine was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show us unique and special places to enjoy drinks, food and desserts. With every step he included interesting, historic stories woven into every corner we walked. The pace was easy to keep, and the small size of the group made it more enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour!

Excellent Intro to our Bordeaux Wine week!
This was an excellent introduction to our week in the Bordeaux region. We developed an understanding of the different grapes from the regions, identifying the characteristics and enjoying the looks, smells and tastes. Pairings were excellent. My daughter and I learned so much and loved it. Thank you!

Sunshine and heaven in bottles.
The wineries/Chateaux’s were a good sampling of all the wineries available-hundreds.
Our tour guide René was extremely knowledgable. He helped us all to understand the Bordeaux region and the different appellations and why they were distinct and the best qualities to look for when choosing wines, within any budget. He was great at keeping the group together and on time. I loved the tour. Money well spent.

Great tour to St Emilion with visit to a chateau and a wine tasting
Our guide, Anne, was terrific. She began our tour with an overview of the history of Bordeaux and wine making in the region. She took us to a wonderful little château for a wine tasting, where we met one of the members of the family. Her knowledge of wine was truly astounding. During our tasting, she put it out aspects to the wine that we would ordinarily never have noticed. We then spent time in St Emilion, which was truly charming. At last glass of wine at one of the local café/wine bars was most memorable. We would highly recommend this tour.

Experience Wine making in Médoc-Margeaux, tasting too.
Our guide, Roldolphe, was very knowledgeable about the wine making process and business, and most of all, he entertained us thoroughly. It was mid-September and at the Pieuré Lichine winery, we saw the harvest in full swing, grapes being harvested, cleaned and sorted, and dropped into fermentation vats. This was part of an informative tour provided by the winery. This tour included almost every phase of the process. Then the tasting in a comfortable tasting room. Off to another winery for more tasting. During the whole trip Rodophe answered questions, made jokes, and played games. It was a very enjoyable tour, which we recommend highly.
