He not only shared information about the fjords and Bergen, but also about himself and Norway in general. It was interesting, entertaining and relaxing. From afar, I had often wondered what could motivate a culture to settle in such an inhospitable place. Once there, I couldn’t stop wondering how I hadn’t discovered it for myself sooner. Visiting the fjords changes your perspective in so many ways: It fills you with a sense of tranquillity, it really is an experience of being at one with nature. The water is still and clear, reflecting either the blue of the sky or the green of the mountains. The wind is cold but not overwhelming (thanks to the special suits that protect you), and the sun is a welcome sight that manages to warm you up from time to time. It is an experience that makes you appreciate each and every element. You will not regret it!

We had Serena as our tour guide. She was very informative and made the tour fun and educational, as well as answering our countless questions. The food was very tasty and we were told a lot about it, and it never felt like we were rushed when eating it. Overall would definitely recommend.

We were collected at the pier, and from the moment we got in the car, our tour guide started to tell us about Bergin, explaining the history and showing us landmarks.
