The emailed "ticket" is not accepted by the management at Juliet's balcony. We spent 30 minutes going between the entrance and exit, trying to pinpoint the "redemption point" We tried to contact the organiser, but only received a message back to say Madam the tickets have been emailed to you. We ended up buying tickets online direct, which we should have done at first as it was less than half the cost. Viator refused to refund even a portion of their exorbitant fee

definitely not worth the price of the ticket. you are better off directly purchasing through the casa gulietta website. viator is charging almost double. its completely free to enter the courtyard and do a letter to juliet. the balcony entrance and house tour / the art is nice but definitely not worth was viator is charging - which is double what it costs on the actual casa giulietta site.
