The tour itinerary was nice and even though the weather was not ideal, we had nice sights. The starting point was a madhouse as 5 tours were there at the same time.

Our guide Keiko gave us interesting facts about Japan that we greatly enjoyed. Unfortunately, we did not get to see Mt. Fuji as it was cloudy all day, but we enjoyed the sights and tour overall.

My dad and I really enjoyed getting to explore the area around Mt. Fuji and the guide and team were very kind and knowledgeable! We were a little sad it was too cloudy to see Mt. Fuji fully but appreciated the view we did get and the guide kindly sharing the pictures! In terms of feedback, while we did enjoy the information provided on the bus and the time allocated to shopping and wandering at our stops, it would have been nice to receive more historical information on the area.

My family and I had an amazing day trip to Mount Fuji. It was one of the most memorable experiences we've shared together. The journey was beautiful, with stunning views of the countryside before we finally saw the magnificent Mount Fuji standing proudly in the distance.
The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, taking lots of photos, and learning about the history and culture of this famous landmark. The fresh mountain air and peaceful atmosphere made the day even more special.
Our tour guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. They shared fascinating facts about Mount Fuji, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone had a great time. Their stories and explanations made the experience much more interesting and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fantastic day out with my family. We made wonderful memories together, enjoyed spectacular views, and learned so much about one of Japan's most iconic landmarks. It was a truly unforgettable trip, and I would highly recommend visiting Mount Fuji with a guided tour.

Good relaxing trip. Meiko made the trip go very smoothly. Good option if you are looking to get away from hustle and bustle of Tokyo for a day. Make sure to bring cash since there'll be lots of vendor stalls along the way.

Great day trip experience from Tokyo . The tour was well organized with plenty of rest stops along the way for bathroom breaks and souvenir shopping. Bring cash with you, because Lunch is offered on the trip but not included in the ticket price. And many shopping sites along the way only accept cash . But it was very well organized and good for English speaking tourists visiting Japan. Great for kids, lots of ice cream spots.

We came around June 2026 and while we could not see Mount Fuji due to the weather, this tour was still great! Our tour guide Kako was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about Mount Fuji, the surrounding town and Japan! The bus was also very comfortable for the long 2 hour journey. We also enjoyed the lunch restaurant and enjoyed some yummy Japanese food. The locations we went to were beautiful and not too busy which was great to be able to enjoy them. We would recommend this tour for anyone interested in seeing Mount Fuji in a enjoyable and comfortable way!

We enjoyed this trip so much. Andy (our tour guide) was wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable. Even though we couldn’t see mt Fuji on our trip (clouds covered it all day!) it was still fun. My kids really enjoyed climbing the steps for a great view at the end. I recommend!

This was really a very organized and thoughtfully arranged day trip. Our guide Omar was excellent- he was engaging and taught a bit about each of the itinerary stops, advising on the best foto spots and he rearranged the itineray to give us an opportunity for the rain to be done and we could walk the steps up to the pagoda and observation deck safely.
We were unable to see Mt Fuji at all, but that was completely out of the hands of the tour and our guide. I would highly recommend this tour if you are trying to do a day trip that is moderately priced and at a good pace.

We had an amazing experience on our Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge part of that was our exceptional tour guide, Omar. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and organized, making the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. He shared interesting facts about the area, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His enthusiasm and passion for what he does really made the experience special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. If you have the opportunity to take this tour, I highly recommend requesting Omar. Thank you for making our Mt. Fuji trip such a memorable one!

The weather was so bad, that we never could see Mount Fuji's peak and most of the mountain, no matter where we stopped to try to view Mt. Fuji. The company should have known that we would not be able to see the peak and gave us an option to postpone and go another day! I had another excursion with a different company the next day and they canceled with option to postpone or get a refund because of the weather.
It rained off and on and was not enjoyable at all!! So, why would a reputable company allow us to go through such an ordeal? I would not recommend this company - they should have realized bad weather equates to no viewing of Mt. Fuji - I guess they care about the money they would lose and not their customers -- well they lost me as a future customer and recommendation!
The lunch was way too expensive and we were given only 4 choices; pay either 1,500 or 3,000 Yen for your choice of meal. A Fuji cola was 500 Yen and tasted like bitter grapefruit juice. We later stopped at a village with many shops selling gifts and food of all types, why couldn't we have had lunch at this village, it was cheaper and more choices!? I am sure the company got a kickback for taking us at the expensive restaurant.
The trip guide, Eric, was fine, no issues with him.
I usually don't post negative reviews, but this trip warranted a bad review.

Wennie was a great tour guide, very pleasant and knowledgeable and she made instructions very clear.
It was a little hard finding the pickup spot, also because it was raining when we set out, but once we found the bus everything ran super smoothly.

Beautiful settings, cool places. Weather was rainy at times but other than not seeing Mt Fuji didn’t hamper the tour. Omar gave us some great tips for pics. Would recommend.

It was a great day trip to Mountain Fuji with English guide. Our guide, Aoi, was very friendly and helpful to make this trip smooth for everyone on the bus. Unfortunately, the top of the mountain was covered by clouds and was not visible, but it was still worth the visit! The scenery and places we visited were very beautiful.

This was a great all day tour. Taiyo was great at explaining everything. I wasn’t a huge fan of the matcha ice cream at the restaurant, but the chicken was good. Great views. Time was given at each stop.
