Would have give it 5 stars if we had seen Mt Fuji clearly. Well organized day trip with many stops to see Mt Fuji. Our guide Omar was friendly, helpful and made sure to inform you where to take the best pictures. Thanks Omar for a Great day!

This tour was far too long for attractions that were available. The lunch stop of 90 minutes could have been 30 at the most apart from a number of overpriced cash. Only stores there was nothing to see or do at the lunch stop.
Similarly with the temple and street view of Mount Fuji this top could have been reduced to half the allowable time and still everyone would have had an ample opportunity to see everything that they wanted to.
I understand that there was a long distance to travel but perhaps the tour guide could have met the grew at an appropriate railway station closer to Mount Fuji. Too much time was spent on motorways.

The trip was truly enjoyable, well-organized and easy to follow.
Despite the unpredicatable weather, we stopped by Lake Kawaguchi and viewed the stunning Mt. Fuji and visited the famouse Arakurauama Pagoda. We also stopped at a place for lunch where we could enjoy a variety of foods and beautiful ponds. The trip was a wonderful experiece and our tour guide, Andy, was truly great-so patient, attentive, and knoweledgeble!

The Guide was very good and gave very god info on the places to be visited and the history of each location. He also took pictures of each group at various locations with his own camera and sent them to the group chat. Mt fuji was clear to see which was very good and I made some friends on this trip.

Augustin was an absolutely amazing tour guide, he was friendly, funny, and took amazing pictures of us!! The tour was wonderful and we had ample time to shop, eat, and view mt Fuji. Definitely recommend this as a day trip if you’re staying a while in Tokyo!

Augustin was truly the most amazing and wholesome tour guide. He had pictures to show us for all the information he gave us. Gave out all the information in a Whattapp group, to make sure everyone knew where and what to do. He's also the best photographer and will have give you the best photoshoots! We recently joined a bus tour to Mt. Fuji, and overall the tour itself was enjoyable. However, I was uncomfortable with the way tips and reviews were handled at the end of the day. As we were driving back into Tokyo, the guide walked up and down the moving bus aisle asking passengers to complete reviews and provide tips while he watched people filling them out and submitting them. He was also handing out “free” postcards during this process, which made the interaction feel pressured rather than genuinely optional. I understand that guides appreciate positive feedback, but the approach felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially in Japan (the guide was not Japanese) where service culture is generally more low-pressure and discreet. I have never been pressured in Japan before for a tip or watched to ensure I had completed a review and I hope the influx on non-Japanese guides do not change or damage Japan’s service reputation.

Jun was a great guide. Very friendly and uses modern ways to ensure the group meets timings — he uses a WhatsApp group, so make sure you have that installed and set up beforehand. The guide had good English. Enough to get by, but if English is already your second language you might struggle here. However, Jun and the team will always apply a friendly attitude to help.
You get to about 4-5 viewing spots, and while the weather is unpredictable, the spots you visit are worthwhile regardless.
Lunch is not included but they do help organise a lunch meal for you that is about 2000-3500 yen per person. This is optional and if you don’t choose to do that, there are plenty of street food and convenience store options along the journey.
The trip involved about 1.5 hours on the bus. There are toilets at each stop. You cannot eat or drink on the bus and I wouldn’t recommend pre-packing any lunch unless you have difficult dietary requirements. The locations are also hilly and natural, so movement-impaired individuals may struggle.

We were a bit confused on finding the meet up point but after that got settled, we had an amazing time. Zoe, our tour guide, was very kind and informative. We lucked out and got to see a perfectly clear Fuji-yama. This was probably the best part of our 1 week vacation in Japan (Kyoto and Tokyo). I would highly recommend this tour!

I almost cancelled this experience because were telling me that I wouldn’t actually get to see Mt Fuji with the current visibility. But I decided to go fully understanding that was possible and my choice. My guide was Kevin, who to be honest was very unlikable, not only was his English very difficult if not at times impossible to understand, but he was also making jokes about women as well as Trump on our tour. He had a bad habit of repeating what he said 3-4 times, as if he wasn’t sure what to say next and was just winging it. We got a late start because he was waiting around for people that were late which also meant that the BEST views of Mt Fuji we got for the day were from the bus about 10-15 mins before we got to the first stop. By the time we arrived and he was done talking the clouds had moved in and they stayed there for the rest of the day. Over all he was a poor tour guide with poor planning and a lack of ability to pivot due to weather. The amount of time at certain stops should depend on visibility not just stay the same because that’s how it always is. Like he sent us out on our own to clock street, which was quite the walk, and then when we got there we couldn’t see anything and there was nothing else to do, not even many shops to go into. It was a complete waste of 30 mins that could have been spent on literally anything else.

A MUST and a great excursion to do when visiting Tokyo. It's a long day, but it's worthed. Mount Fuji is at least at 90 minutes (if not more) from Tokyo. Nice stop to visit around Mount Fuji always with the view in the back scene.
We were lucky, it was a great day to visit as the was clear and the view was beautiful.

Everything started with excellent communication and logistics coordination. All clear regarding meetup point and we left promptly based on that. Our guide Augustin was knowledgeable and funny. An absolutely amazing day with great stops handled in a clear and cordial manner. Augustin setup our group of over 40 for success in making sure we were on time and gave us tips and tricks along the way to maximize our experience. We were lucky that our views of Mt.
