Dear, On Saturday evening, January 31, 2026, I booked an Alcazar audio tour with you for €45.12 for 2 people. The next day, we arrived at 12:45 PM at the Lion's Gate to visit the palace. The confirmation email from you did indeed state the desired time of 1:00 PM. However, only at the ticket check did we discover that the ticket actually stated 2:00 PM. The security guards were unforgiving. We were told to return at 1:45 PM. Disappointed, we waited an hour in the rain. At 1:45 PM, we joined the long lines again. At the check, something appeared to be wrong again... and the head security guard mentioned fraud and manipulation. We were put on hold for over half an hour again (in the pouring rain). At 2:25 PM, the man returned and let us in without an apology. There was still half an hour left to explore. We couldn't do the audio tour, nor did we see many of the gardens, rooms, and cellars. This was because we were picked up by a taxi at 3:00 PM for a different appointment. We are very disappointed with how things turned out. Firstly, something went wrong with your booking. The email says 1:00 PM, but the tickets say 2:00 PM... The rigid attitude of the ticket inspectors/head inspector. And furthermore, it's extremely strange that you have to buy tickets at the exit... We would really like a refund. We had to rush through the palace to see anything, and because it was so crowded, that simply wasn't possible. Even more disappointing... We definitely want to return to Seville and truly experience the tour then. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
