Fantastic cathedral, truly awesome interior and exciting walk up to the top of the Giralda tower. Amazing history of this building and also to see the tomb of Christopher Columbus.

This was an interesting place to visit but the tour was rather too long. Our guide was lovely, very friendly, but it was not always possible to hear what she was saying as the volume on her microphone and the audio piece we were given was a bit intermittent and although her English was very good, her pronunciation sometimes made it hard to catch exactly what she was saying. The cathedral is amazing to visit and it was good to get a skip-the-line visit but we didn’t find the historical explanations were particularly interesting and it seemed to go on too long. It became tiring, particularly after we had climbed the Geraldo tower and back.

It's a lot of walking if you go up the tower. It is a magnificent structure but quite typical of grand cathedrals of its era.

The headsets were ineffective and it was difficult to hear through them.
We got into the church and were sent to climb the stairs to the bell tower on our own. Came down to meet the group. Was rushed around with 20 minutes to hear a few points.
Everyone else was just as disappointed in the tour.
Nothing personalized about the tour. No q&a opportunity as we were rushed. Not worth the money.
Did a far better tour in Cordoba of the Mezquita.

There was some chaos with getting our receivers working but our guide got the office to bring all new ones & went our of her way to still make the tour a beautiful experience. Alba Ro was great

The tour was good however please make sure your tour guide shows up. When we arrived at the meeting spot, we were informed our tour guide wasn’t able to make the tour and they scrambled to find another guide. Guide was good however he was very rushed and was not as “invested” in our groups experience. We started 45 minutes late and then had to begin with the tower which forced us to be over 1 hour late for the cathedral tour causing us to be rushed.

Excellent tour with Laura, well organised meeting, large group, would have liked more time in Cathedral Tower took longer as people didn't follow Laura's instructions so that could be a separate add on.

The activity itself was enjoyable and well-organized. However, we felt quite uncomfortable with our guide, Carmela. Her tone came across as dismissive toward Christian traditions and historical facts, often making remarks that felt ridiculing. Given that this was a church visit, we found this approach inappropriate and somewhat off-putting. A more neutral and respectful presentation would have greatly improved the experience.

Our guide Manuel was amazing! Not only was he knowledgeable about Seville and the Cathedral, he kept us entertained with his great sense of humour. Tour was belated and then felt rushed. Audio did not work more than 1/2 the time because of radio frequency being cut out. Not a lot of time to sit and observe and learn what was being spoken about. Church is beautiful and we got some fun facts however not as much as we hoped for the price. Skip the line was best part since we got to enter right away.

We met our guide just up the road from the Cathedral, at the tour guide shop, we then issued with ear phones and followed him to the cathedral. We were taken to key points in the Cathedral, which took about 1.5 hours, we then went up the tower. We’re in our 70s and managed it, we did take advantage of a window cill to rest about half way up. Coming down was easier. The top of the tower was packed with people. We then had free time to explore the Cathedral on our own. Our guide was personable, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English.

The skip the line feature was the best part of the tour. The guide was a contractor who was not vested in the experience. The sound on the headphone was difficult to hear. It was hard to follow the guide through the crowd as her direction was not clear. When this was brought to her attention she said we should complain to the company - not her as she was only a contractor.

Maria did an amazing job under incredibly difficult conditions. The Cathedral was beyond crowded and it was a rainy day. With patience and experience, she herded the group (about 15) through the masses of humanity and gave a solid informative tour. Having been on a number of Viator tours, this was to be sure the most challenging of any for the tour guide. Maria had good command of the topic and maintained her positivity throughout the tour.

The tour was not well organized. Started late due to people being late, and then there were some sort of ticket issues and we had to wait outside in the cold while the tour guide went back to the office. Didn’t get into the Cathedral until 45 minutes after the time that the tour was supposed to start.
