Bumped off our flight… flexibility would have shown care

Bumped off our flight so not able to join the tour which we’d paid for in full. As soon as we knew of this, we let the company know but ‘the computer says no’ ie company policy rules, so we lost our trip and the cost with nothing at all offered in lieu of this. They did show not care to us which says a lot in itself .

Hello, Bumping off your flight is not our responsibility, the ticket fee and the bus were paid fully in any case and we couldn't ask for any kind of refund in this case. HAd you have asked few days before, we would have been glad to give you a full refund. Leaving a 1 star review knowing that you didn't even assist to the excursion says enough. You didn't ask for a refund through the website. Wishing you the best and to not get bumped off your flight again and blame honest companies for it. Kind regards,
