This was fun and educational. We were introduced to some true Costa Rican flavors, which had been difficult to come by in our trip to this point. Jorge was super welcoming answered our questions and really made us feel welcome in his home.

Jorge was very hospitable and a wealth of knowledge. The food was excellent and we learned a key lesson about avocados that will change the shelf life of our guacamole!
