Maximized our one evening in Paris with this walking tour! What a great experience with our personal tour guide. She was flexible with her schedule and route. We stopped for wine a couple times and still made to all the historic sites.

Ooohh La La!!! What an amazing experience. This was a great way to see Paris on foot. Our guide Helena was sooo knowledgeable! She knew all the ins and outs of the city - from culture, food, politics, and Parisian lifestyle! She went on our pace. She knows where to take photos! She made sure we were comfortable each time! We never felt rushed. In fact she went over time and wanted to keep on going! Kudos to Helena for a great French parisien tour experience!!! Highly recommended!

Helena was on time and very friendly! She had good knowledge of the area and listened to our wishes and desires of what to see and what to do. She gave us a good overview of what we wanted to see in Paris in a short amount of time. Helena is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. She knows EXACTLY where to go to see all of the highlights of Paris. I use mobility scooter, and Helena made sure I was able to take the scooter along, and to be able to use it to explore the sights. I feel that I have made a lifelong friend in Helena! The driver was excellent as well. DON'T MISS THIS EXPERIENCE!

Wow- you can’t ask for a better tour guide than Helena!!!! She took us everywhere, escorted us into buildings, historic sites, and explained everything. Her knowledge of the city and sites were boundless and she checked in with us constantly to ensure we were happy and doing the things we hoped!

What a great day! Helena was so fun and nice. We walked all around Paris and she pointed out the highlights. We chatted and had good laughs. Stopped for snacks and she just made sure we had a great day. It was a great introduction to Paris. Our guide was very sweet, but we were confused about the meeting point and she had no sign or any way to identify her. Also, she was soft spoken and often spoke facing away from us so difficult to understand. The itinerary was good, but a little too much time around the Eiffel Tower for our taste.

Helena was wonderful and knowledgeable We saw so many sites that we may never have seen We walked a lot but at 73 and 72 year old we did just fine We stopped for a delicious French coffee in a beautiful cafe Helena also gave us advice on other things including a reservation at her favorite restaurant We were thoroughly pleased with this tour

The route was good but the guide was NOT a proficient English speaker (and also not a native of France) so we were only able to understand about 40% of the tour. Just to be as clear as possible, both my husband and I are fluent in other languages and able to understand most of the French people we encountered with little difficulty. This tour advertised an English speaking guide; I expected an accent, not someone for whom we needed to guess what she meant by the words "stained" and "human" among other words. Also, and most unsettling, she wanted to connect with us via WhatsApp instead of messaging through Viator, very unprofessional. To her credit, Helena tried her best but this was not the caliber of tour for which I paid.
Very disappointing, wish I had used GetYourGuide instead... Lesson learned.

Whenever, you could speak to me in another language, as you say, you are bilingual, I speak 4 …
Right, I write “leopard stain” but I don’t have any problems with meanings of “human” word…
I am “French” indeed, my identity card this is a french card. I have foreign origines like you and nearly every Parisien citizen. I am a specialist of Paris with 20 years of experience in the tourism in Paris and I also accompanied foreign people.
About whatsApp, suppliers need to communicate through, due to the connection and internet issues, that have nothing to do with professionalism.
You paid me 100€/person/half a day. This is nothing for a parisien guide.
Yes, go getyourguide the next time, they contract me times to times and take the double of my price to the clients with very touristic collectif tours. But may be they fit you better than me, I assume.
You try to have your money back after the tour, this was not very nice.

Helena was absolutely lovely! I was on my first international solo trip and only had one day to explore Paris! She made my visit better than I could have hoped for - we visited all the iconic landmarks and she provided so much history/context. She also introduced me to some local French markets where we treated ourselves to coffee, macaroons, and eclairs! It was perfect. She provided so many recommendations for my next trip to Paris and helped me find my way back to the Gare Du Nord as well. Thank you Helena for everything!
