Unless you can sit up top you have NO idea what you are seeing. We got there 15 minutes before cruise and had to sit downstairs as upstairs was completely filled. Tried to get on next tour but it didn’t work. We were looking forward to learning about Paris and its historic sites. That didn’t happen. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Even with a designated time/ticket, we still had to wait on a line and didn't get onto the boat we were scheduled to (although we were there on time). Wasn't a big deal because one left 15 minutes later, but you'd expect if you have a ticket to be able to board.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Crystal at Notre Dame. She was knowledgeable, expressive and had a gentle calming attitude. It took us awhile to figure out the meeting place was across the street from the cathedral but that was the only hiccup in an otherwise great experience.

Get there early enough to get a seat on the 2nd floor of the boat, other wise you’ll have to stand to see the views. If you miss a view don’t worry as you’ll circle back to see it again

Guide kept my 11-year old’s attention and did a good job of narrating in two languages (French and English). Boat was comfortable and not overcrowded (probably due to the cold weather).

We missed our reservation. They informed us that our tickets are good for 30 days which was very accommodating. Also, our adult son has a disability so they priority queued our group of 5 people ahead of those already in line.

It can be chilly and windy on the top deck in October /November. Bring a hat! The guide was excellent. It is a delightful excursion and worth every penny. We recommend this trip and cruise line

This was a smaller cruise which was exactly what i wanted--the docent spoke in both French and English and was fantastic! I really enjoyed all the information and seeing sights from the water and not having a huge crowd to contend with.

Very disappointed to arrive and be told our tour was cancelled. Contacted Viator directly because tour operator didn’t notify us of the cancellation until we arrived to check in for the tour. I understand boats break down but communication shouldn’t.

Tour was cancelled due to mechanical problems….we were informed if this at the dock after spending 36 euros on an uber! we did not receive text notification—-just an email—which I did not check before departure. Viator has been so good at informing us of departure reminders, etc. on prior tours—why did they not text us this time!??

Excellent tour on a lovely electric boat. Visited Paris in September and this was the 10:45 tour for 1 hour. The boat wasn’t overcrowded so plenty of space to move around and take pictures. Also a little cafe onboard for refreshments. Highly recommend!

We got to the boat a couple minutes before boarding ended so we weren’t able to sit in the upper deck, but it was honestly so nice below the top deck (outside). We were in the shade and caught the breeze. It was a really nice start to our trip in Paris.

It was a very cute little cruise with lots of information. My 13 year old didn’t pay as much attention as I wanted her to but it was a nice change to ride a boat from walking all around. Views were beautiful from the Seine.

Time on Seine was v good, informative commentary, but they cancelled ours last min & had to wait 1hr. They sent email too late as we’d arrived. Lots of queueing as well, odd way to board

It is what I’m the descriptions says it is. Get there early for good seats! We were looking for something passive to do on our last night in Paris, and this was what we chose. There wasn’t anything special, about it, but there were no disappointments either. I’d recommend it if you just want to sit on a boat and listen to someone tell you this and that about the pretty things going by.
