The tour started at 9.30am, at 7pm the night before I received an email to say they did not have tickets for me. By the time I received the email at 9pm, contacted Viator and told the company had closed for the day so that was that. I had ordered in advance and paid in advance. Totally shocking way to treat customers, told I could go a different day, but would have left Paris by then. So no Effiel Tower for me. It was already totally over priced, then they did not deliver, just left out to dry

Nina was a great guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that we didn't realize when booking is that she didn't accompany us the whole time; only to the 2nd floor. I also assumed we would get immediate entry, but we had to wait in line to buy tickets for our walk up to the 2nd floor, which we could've done without the booking. She used the wait time wisely but sharing with us information about the tower.

The tour guide did not show up! We paid $500 for tickets. The tour guide also did not respond to multiple attempts to calls and texts. He claimed we didnt show up therfore we lost our money. Viator will do nothing about this issue with the evidence I provided. The staff at Eiffel tower told us this happens all the time!! Shame on you Viator for scamming people!!! Offered zero resolve!!!!!!

We were contacted at 22:53 the night before to move the time from 5pm the next day to 9:30am. We had to change plans and then no-one was at the meeting point, really disappointed.

We purchased the tour that included access to summit by elevator. However, on the day of the tour the access got closed due to weather. Our tour guide who was excellent told us that it is a normal procedure to issue refunds to the clients if the summit is not available. We requested a refund but Adventour rejected it. This is a very disappointing experience so we do not recommend using this operator.

They cancelled the tour 30mins before it was supposed to start!! They asked us if we wanted a refund or to reschedule - we requested a full refund since we don't have time to reschedule and have not heard anything!

We booked the guided tour and Nina was the most amazing tour guide. Soo knowledgeable but above all just a great, friendly, happy, bubbly person who handled everything with ease and really got to know us - we weren’t just ‘another group’. We had a minor hiccup with the stairs up the Eiffel Tower being shut due to a marathon event but it was no trouble, sorted with additional tickets (cost covered by the company) to go up via the elevator. She took time to tell us things, answer any questions, pointed out things I’d never have looked at, told us loooads of facts about the tower itself plus surrounding buildings. Honestly, such a fantastic tour guide, we couldn’t have got anyone better. Nina, you were amazing! We wish you all the best xxxxxx

Nina was a fantastic tour guide, shows immense enthusiasm. We were on the 5pm tour on Saturday 21/2 Nina gave so much information about Eiffel Tower and surrounding land marks and Paris! Without this tour we would have missed out on so so much! Please do book a tour it is worth every penny and certainly enriches your Paris experience.
