Operating Schedule: You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Buses run daily from 9:30am to 6.30pm from April to October and from 9:30am to 5.00pm from November to March. Frequency at the stops is every 15 minutes. Upon first validation on board the bus your ticket is valid 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option chosen. We highly recommend customers to download the Tootbus app to follow the buses in real time, see the points of interest, access the audio commentary and enjoy self-guided walking tours.

The Blue Line was an excellent route for seeing many of Paris’s most beautiful landmarks. Even though it rained, the bus’s covered upper deck allowed us to sit on top and enjoy the views comfortably. The drivers and staff were kind and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend this hop‑on hop‑off route.

Please ensure that you ammend the starting point on all internet platforms. I waited 20 minutes to be told the bus stop for point 1, is 500m away.

Traffic is crazy in Paris so give yourself extra time if you have a deadline at one of the stops'attractions.

We were staying near the first stop on the tour so easy to find. It was busy Easter weekend but all the buses we took had space. Commentary was informative. We chose the optional Seine cruise. It was a little difficult to work out where it was from - Vedette de Paris and we just had to scan bus tickets. Nice way to see the city.

You should opt for the river Seine cruise, it was quite spectacular viewing the landmarks from a river perspective. Our river tour guide Miriam was excellent.

They were no listing as to here the hop on hop off bus pickup locations are . I contacted Viator and they did NOT contact me back. I even contacted the vendor directly abd they did not respond until much too late. The hotel ended up helping. You need to list the pick up

We bought the TOOTBUS 48 hour hop on hop off bus tour with the seine river cruise. The first day went smoothly as we got on right after our Louvre visit and the bus was easy to spot. We loved the audio guide and found it extremely informative. The second day however we did run into some issues with scanning our tickets and it seemed the tour operators have never heard of Viator. They wanted us to pay an additional 6 euro each. After numerous calls with the supervisor and holding up the passengers at the bus stop, we got new QR code tickets and were let on. As a frequent traveler this has never happened to me with a viator tour and it freaked me out a bit. The other thing I will note is there wasn’t much information for what day the river cruise was, where to meet, what times they operated, etc. We had to get this information from a tootbus operator and I wish viator provided more details ahead of time.

The bus staff was friendly and knowledgeable..We enjoyed the tour very much. WE WERE ABLE TO HOP OFF AND ON EASILY PLUS SEE ALL THE SIGHTS. Well worth our time and money.

I can see the appeal for this bus, but it didn't seem to come around as often as we expected and we often found ourselves walking instead of waiting. I also didn't realize the bus only went in one direction so if you needed to go somewhere at the end of the route it would take a very long time to get there. We paid for 3 days and only ended up using it once one day.

My husband I hopped aboard our first afternoon in the city. With light drizzle and a long journey, this activity was perfect to sight see most iconic sites! Although there was rain, we were able to be seated (open seating) under the covered portion of the upper deck. The stop we took, stop 1, was perfectly labeled and the address in the TootApp takes you directly there (metro adjacent- a quick train ride to the stop put us 300 ft away from the pick up location). Our goal was just to go for a ride and not "hop off" and we enjoyed the 2 hour ride marveling at the beauty the city has to offer and get the lay of the land. Once on board you scan your ticket and grab a pair of disposable headphones. The commentary and music were just enough! You are provided context of what you're seeing and some key "not known" facts! Now we are doing a city tour tomorrow but as a welcome to the city-- a great start!

The app works well. Be aware that traffic is bad in Paris, so the bus will be slow in places. It gives you a decent overview.

Using the toot bus was a bit difficult to find the on-off spots. But once you got the hang of it it wasn't so bad. They could do with better labeling on their app. But using the bus was great and convenient. Definitely would recommend it for a family traveling to see many sites of interest.

The driver/audio program did not clearly announce that we had arrived at the designated stops. There was one we really wanted to see but we didn't get off since we didn't realize we were at that particular stop. Disappointing as we didn't have time to circle back around.

Had a great time. Hits all the highlights of Paris. Tour guide Rami was amazing and I learned a lot about the history of France. He was very gracious about taking photos for us. Be prepared to walk a lot but worth it. Great tour for a first time trip to Paris

This bus drives you around landmarks. There are headphones that tell you about each landmark. I would prefer to have a human tour guide but this was a nice way to get around the busy cities.
My headphones didn’t work so I had to use the app and I just didn’t enjoy that as much.

There was an event in Paris that seem to disrupt Toot Toot service while Big Bus adapted. We were forced to hire a cab when no buses came and the agent pointed us to a stop over a mile away. The next day we found many buses running but they were slow and seemed to spend a long time at some stops unnecessarily. It was taking so long to get there that I got off and took the Metro. There were very few descriptions of the numerous notable landmarks that we passed and much of the time we spent listening to elevator music as we passed landmarks that were shown on the map but never described. That was very disappointing!
The cruise and the cruise guide were excellent! The narration was in French and English by a knowledgeable guide and we learn more on the one hour cruise than we had touring the entire city by bus.
