After 20 minutes of waiting for guide, the group dispersed. We stood in line and bought our own tickets (much cheaper than Viator price).

Tour group never showed up. When we called they said they wanted to reschedule (we were unable to as we were leaving that day), they never emailed or text to communicate with us. Luckily we were able to join in with another tour group company to still experience the eifle tower.

Great tour. Karl was fantastic--he was very personable and helpful! We really didn't have to stand in any lines and he was great about getting us tickets to the summit. And the selfie was a fun touch at the end!

Basically this service was a scam. Nobody showed up at the meeting point and was kept waiting until it was obvious you sold me a service that was not going to be delivered. I demand you refund my payment immediately and look into this fraudulent behavior by the people you associate with.

Your tour guy canceled the tour after everyone (about 50 or more) met at 8:30am and he went through the process. After making us wait more than 1 hr he comes back and tells us that the Eiffel Tower is closed

There is no memorable story, not understandable that the Eiffel was closed and Viator was not advising us, they offered until 1:30pm or a day after. Taking a coffee nearby we saw other excursions were allowed inside.

You need to be more clear on where to meet the guide and what sign they have. Once we got our green dots he held up blue dot sign which makes it very confusing once you get in those long lines to go through security and check in. He could have been a bit more professional and more loud with his voice to hear him better. I thought in adversement for this tour that it would be a smaller group but ended up with about 40. It was not run very well in location and dealing with your company online as I was dropped several times in my communication with you online.

Karl was a reliable and fantastic tour guide! We booked the 9am tour and he got us in quickly. Arrive 15 minutes before to get in line for speedier security check and make sure you are not late. Thank you for the great experience!!!

The tour is pretty standard, with the tour guide obtaining tickets so that you can skip the ticket line; however, the security line took almost 2 hours. Not much anyone can do, that's more of a timing issue. Our guide, Karl, made it fun. He was entertaining, informative, pleasant, and interesting to talk with. We weren't on the 2nd level long but it was helpful to learn about what we were seeing. We had the option to go to the top after that. All in all, a great way to see Eiffel Tower for a reasonable price.

Struggled to find your guid at meeting point luckily another family couldn’t find him either abs we went through abs met him on the other side the other women had a contact number I couldn’t find one . Overall really good experience

Poor coordination and communication. Walked around for almost an hour and could not find the group. Host didn’t respond to text for 45 min (and after group already left). Found the etickets were not valid for admission. Was told by Eiffel Tower staff we would need to purchase another ticket to ascend. We left and took a taxi back to our hotel and have asked for a refund. Was a complete disaster.

Il giorno 12 agosto veniamo avvisati che la ns visita via WA è stata riprogrammata per 14, il 14 siamo andati all'appuntamento all'indirizzo indicato per ritirare i biglietti, ma non c'era nessuno o meglio c'erano altre persone come noi ma nessuna traccia della guida o dei biglietti. Abbiamo messaggiato via WA al numero che ci aveva scritto, ma non ci ha mai risposto nessuno, siamo stati li ad aspettare sino alle 10,30, poi siamo andati via anche perchè non hanno aperto la torre e sospeso gliingressi per motivi sconosciuti. Nessuno ci ha più ricontattato, 165 euro buttati anzi rubati. Pessima esperienza organizzativa, di sicuro non riprenoto niente su questo portale.

Eifelturm wurde bestreikt. Tour hat nicht stattgefunden, da alles gesperrt war.
Kein Hochkommen möglich. Karl der Reiseführer war sehr bemüht, angagiert und freundlich, aber konnte leider nichts für uns tun bzw einen Aufstieg ermöglichen.

Sólo destacar una cuestión , yo contraté con ustedes porque tenían la excursión con un Guia en español, pero cual mi sorpresa que el día de la visita , se me asignó uno inglés.
Circunstancia que nos impidió disfrutar por completo de la experiencia.
El guía fue agradable , pero curiosamente los únicos que hablamos castellano en mi grupo.
Si a Viator le surgió algún problema , podría haberse puesto en contacto con nosotros para ajustar otro día o fecha con Guia en castellano, que es lo que yo aboné.

Contratamos o tour com guia italiano. O nosso grupo era só ingleses um excelente guia mas só falava Ingles e nós não falamos Ingles. Teríamos feito sozinhos sem guia. Solicito io reembolso pelo transtorno que tivemos. Aceitamos um tour as 8:30 da manhã por termos o nosso idioma. Aguardo retorno
