Having a fear of heights, I've never dared to visit the Eiffel Tower. This tour allowed me to learn a great deal without the pressure of going up the tower. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate. I'm thrilled with this tour. I highly recommend it.

Going to the top floor was worth it. It’s crowded in the lifts so not for claustrophobic people.
Sol was a great guide - clear, informative and animated! My teenagers enjoyed it.

Our Eiffel Tower guided tour was an excellent experience for our family. It was very well organized, informative, and perfect for visiting with kids. The tour was thoughtfully planned, and we never felt rushed or left unattended. Our guide was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. She shared interesting facts and history throughout the tour, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour to families visiting Paris!

You need to leave plenty of time as the ticket office is a short walk from the tower. Once ast security it took us a little under two hours to reach the top level. The queues are long but seem to move fast and once there it is all worth it.

I very highly recommend this experience. I had been to the Eiffel Tower two other times but this was my first time with a tour guide. Fred (Ken) was excellent at his job. He is charming and knowledgeable and made the whole experience smooth and very enjoyable.
If you've never been to the Tour Eiffel it is difficult to anticipate how enormous it is and how easily you can waste a lot of time and energy going to the wrong place to get on the tower, etc. Plus, my husband and daughter do not speak French, so having an English speaking tour guide enriched the experience for all of us greatly. Cannot recommend enough.

There is a secret requirement to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start. We missed the tour start by 4 minutes. We were put on a later tour.

We went on the Eiffel Tower tour to the top. It was a short and easy walk to the tower, then a brief history, before taking the lift to the top. On thw way done we stopped at the 2nd floor observation deck and did some brief souvenir shopping. I highly recommend going all the way to the top for the best views of the city.

It was the most disappointing experience. We were five minutes late because of metro delay in Paris and the organise refused to let us join the tour. We wasted our money. Our day was spoilt. They did not even check once with the people who hadn’t arrived.
If you want to visit Eiffel Tower please avoid this operator. Even if it’s little expensive please book through official website.

We splurged and enjoyed a glass of champagne amd order of French fries while enjoying the views.

We were only able to get tickets to the tower through a tour company. We have used Viator for years and always pleased. However, when we were stuck in traffic in Paris due to a blockade bc of a visiting dignitary, we were going to be five minutes late. We called the only number we had which was a call center in another country, and asked that they contact the tour provider and explain our situation and ask them to please wait, the company did not get the call and did not hold our spot (for 6 people) and left. We were with our 8 and 10 year old granddaughters who especially wanted to go up in the tower on the first time to Europe! Lots of tears and disappointment!!!!

The activity was fine and as advertised. I accidentally booked the wrong day by a week and let the company know a week ahead of time but they refused to give any sort of refund so my family was out $400. We booked with the same company on correct day I intended. I understand it was company policy but this activity is in high demand and I still utilized this company. They could have had someone else to easily book our spot with a refund given the advance notice I game them.
I personally don’t recommend Gianni Tours.

Horrible experience. Instructions for pickup were not clear. Apparently they disappear when you download ticket to wallet. Could not retrieve my tickets because I arrived late even though I would happily have gone without the guide.

This tour does what it needs to do - it gets you to the Eiffel Tower and up to the part that you want to get to, using the means you want. Something I hadn’t appreciated is that if you choose the summit, you also get access to the first and second floor, which is great.

Wait to buy your tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower. You don’t need a tour (consisting of info you can find on the net) of the tower as you can explore it yourself. Only travelers from out of town could get scammed like this! We waited on line for 45 mins only to be told our ticket wasn’t valid- we had to go to an address away from the tower to pick up y to he tickets. Paid to go to the top but since we missed our scheduled time, we did not go to the top.

I accidentally booked the wrong date on this! I contacted the company immediately and they gave me the hardest time on exchanging the dates. I fell there should be flexibility if you booked something wrong, granite I should of been on point on my booking but I also asked for half of a refund and was denied and was out $400 dollars. UGH!

Great trip. Short lines as advertised. We went all the way to the summit as promised. Our guide, Matthias was great and told us alot of the history of the Eiffel Tower. Great way to go, hassle free for the first visit.
