Having a fear of heights, I've never dared to visit the Eiffel Tower. This tour allowed me to learn a great deal without the pressure of going up the tower. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate. I'm thrilled with this tour. I highly recommend it.

This tour does what it needs to do - it gets you to the Eiffel Tower and up to the part that you want to get to, using the means you want. Something I hadn’t appreciated is that if you choose the summit, you also get access to the first and second floor, which is great.

Wait to buy your tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower. You don’t need a tour (consisting of info you can find on the net) of the tower as you can explore it yourself. Only travelers from out of town could get scammed like this! We waited on line for 45 mins only to be told our ticket wasn’t valid- we had to go to an address away from the tower to pick up y to he tickets. Paid to go to the top but since we missed our scheduled time, we did not go to the top.

He left the meeting point without us even though we were there. Didn’t bother to check for us. Also he was difficult to hear because he didn’t speak loud enough for the large group

I accidentally booked the wrong date on this! I contacted the company immediately and they gave me the hardest time on exchanging the dates. I fell there should be flexibility if you booked something wrong, granite I should of been on point on my booking but I also asked for half of a refund and was denied and was out $400 dollars. UGH!

Great trip. Short lines as advertised. We went all the way to the summit as promised. Our guide, Matthias was great and told us alot of the history of the Eiffel Tower. Great way to go, hassle free for the first visit.

This tour was nice, and made everything much easier than it likely would have been. We booked the 7:30 time slot, got in with virtually no wait time, got to see the sunset (which was gorgeous), then departed the tour at 9, just in time to see the light show just as it started for the first time of the evening.

I was very glad that we went to the Eiffel Tower as a part of a tour. The experience of getting to the tower, through the ticket booth and multiple security stops would have been very overwhelming. Leonardo did a great job helping us to navigate this as well as sharing information about the tower. He did a wonderful job translating for our Italian group members.

It is so much better to book a tour ahead of your visit and with a guide. We were able to go directly to the Elevator as we had tickets and no long waits. Our guide Bruno was very personable and knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower. The view from the 2nd level was amazing!

It was an amazing tour. Leo gave us so much historical information as well as pointing out monuments and historical structures. Also the ease of getting onto the Eiffel Tower was so much faster with our tour tickets.

Well organized and charming guide helped easily navigate the Eiffel Tower. We took lift to second floor for wonderful views and walked down to first floor for a great walking across the tower experience.

The weather was the worst for sightseeing, but Leo made the best of it. It was pouring rain and so windy, the top of the tower was closed. He tried to find dry and protected places for sharing info about the tower, its history and construction. He herded us right to the proper lines as fast as he could. It was a memorable experience; the weather really made it imperfect.

Tour was a rip off and three times the cost of getting the same value ticket to the top of the Eiffel Tower at the gate for only $36 per person not $120 per person.

We were running late due to traffic in Paris. I messaged them and called them before the tour time and they were no help whatsoever they told me just to wait for them to contact someone and they never did. They told us to stand outside and wait. I had to call 4 times. No one ever called me or responded to me until 1230pm the following day via the chat. I am now out over $180 and I didn’t even get to use the service. Also-word to the wise it’s a ripoff and makes it more complicated than it needs to be. My husband and I went and got tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower and it was way cheaper and we went at our own pace. I’m only upset that I spent money on an activity I couldn’t even use and the tour company did not care. I would give zero stars because we didn’t go.

We're very sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy your experience; however, please note, as clearly stated in our voucher, we kindly ask travelers to arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes before the start time of their activity to check-in with us and to meet with the guide.Also, we do send a detailed confirmation email 24h prior to the activity to ensure the travelers have all the necessary information before their tour.
It is not possible for us to make the group leave late as people book “priority access” to save time, and we have a time to respect our tickets.
We hope that you will give us another chance for a future visit!
