Emily, our guide did a good job of keeping the group together and giving us the history of the tower. Guiding us through security and up the elevator saved a lot of effort and hassle. Of course the Eiffel Tower was spectacular!

We weren’t able to visit the Eiffel Tower. The instructions on where to meet were buried in the email. Instructions were to view the ticket, which was an Apple Wallet ticket and contained no info on where to meet. Partially my own fault, but instructions were confusing.

The tour guide was hard to hear and directions were confusing. We still stood in line. The guide was concerned about whether we were satisfied and gave us several opportunities to ask questions.

Great tour to see and enter the Eiffel Tower unless you love waitingin super ling lines. It was a short walk from the meeting place to the Eiffel Tower. Once there our tour guide gave us the history and then there was a short line where he escorted the group up to the 2nd floor. If you desire, you can go to the top or just wander around the second level. The guide departs and you can remain at the Tower as long as you want. Very nice!

Tour guide is fast paced and brief. Visitors are dropped at second tier and that is the conclusion of the tour. Other tours offer a guide to walk you around 2nd tier and learn about all the various monuments seen from Eiffel Tower. If you are looking for an informed tour with history as you walk around the tower, do not pick this one. Waste of money when could have purchased direct and had the same experience.

The tour guide is giving information downstairs. If you booked for a summit access, regarding the Eiffel Tower's rules, you have to go straight from the 2nd floor to the top. This is the reason why the guide is not explaining at the 2nd floor. However, he does the tour before you enter.

This is just a money grab. They buy up all the tickets so you have to purchase through them. Guide walks you over, gives a couple facts and leaves.

Guide was very helpful and provided valuable information. If you are afraid of heights, stay on second floor. Bring a jacket. The higher you go, the cooler it gets with the wind during this time.
