- Casual dress code required at Moulin Rouge - jacket and tie are appreciated, shorts, sportswear and sports shoes are not allowed
- You can attend the 1st (start at 9pm) or the 2nd show (start at 11pm) depending on the cabaret's program
- All guests will be seated at tables of 6 - 8 people; a table for two is not available
- Due to its popularity, you should expect to wait in line at the Moulin Rouge before gaining access. The Moulin Rouge does not grant priority access to anyone. The seats are allocated 1 hour before performance time. No individual show tickets are issued
- Drop off in the centre of Paris near your hotel or in an area where you can easily reach your hotel by taxi.
- It is forbidden to take pictures, to film or to record the show and to take pictures of the hall
- The minimum age required to attend the show is 6 (in the company of an adult)
- Minors cannot access alone to the show until 18 years old (age of majority in France)
- You must arrive 30 min prior the departure at Paris Seine La Marina for the dinner cruise
- Scheduled access to the Eiffel Tower is subject to constraints: security checks or unforeseen traffic can cause a waiting time that can sometimes exceed 1 hour
- As we depend on the entry times given by the Eiffel Tower, the ascent may take place up to 3 hours after the indicated departure time. But Entry is guaranteed.
- You must arrive 30 min prior to departure at the meeting point to take the boat on time

We were very disappointed in the transportation for this tour. The tour itself was great as far as the dinner cruise,, Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge show. When I made the reservation the show was to be at 10pm. However, we were moved to an 11:30 show at the Moulin Rouge due to being booked on a tour bus of the city of Paris. We had already had a tour of the city and this was just being duplicated. I would suggest that when you provide transportation for your tours that you dedicate a bus just to the attractions that are booked and not a city tour.

Do not use this company. We have tried to resolve this issue before putting a terrible review but they are ignoring us. We were left on the side of the river after our dinner so we missed most of our time at Eiffel Tower by the time we’ve got out of the Eiffel Tower due to the huge crowds we then got back too late for the trip to the Moulin Rouge. We have tried to liaise with the Tour company and they’re not interested in talking to us very very bad Service we went all the way to Paris and missed the Moulin Rouge which was on my bucket list. This Tour cost us €600 +2 taxi rides and we have not even been reimbursed for any of it.

Amazing from start to finish, started with the river cruise, food was great and had a live singer, we then went to the Eiffel Tower which was lovely as we saw it in daylight then lit up (make sure you ask the guide what exit number you need to leave from to meet back up as there are quite a few) then onto the Moulin Rouge which was a fantastic show, book tickets with half a bottle of champagne each as you get much better seats, this trip is a definite to do loved it from start to finish

This was quite expensive for what we received. The boat dinner was par and the cattle feeling tour was less than par, rushed, and they reneged on dropping us off after the tour near our hotel. 1/10

The first part of the trip for the dinner cruise the website stated that a guide will meet you at the bottom of the stairs at the designated spot, but in reality the guide meets you after the dinner cruise. Ensure that you ask at the boat for the dinner cruise if your name is on the list, which ours was. The guides afterwards were amazing, quick tour and second level of the Eiffel tower and then on to Moulin Rouge. Remember to ask and seek clarity when it comes to meeting points and timings..... Would book again

Our tour location changed at last minute we could not find our tour guide so missed seine tour and were suppose to meet at harbor and pick up tour and we waited in the rain for 45 minutes our tour guide never showed up ! We the. Waited at Eiffel Tower on phone with viator representative for an hour and half trying to get things straight and it could not be resolved . We were only in Paris for two nights ( that being our last ) and we never got to tour the seine or go to the Eiffel Tower , it was the worst trip I’ve ever experienced and our first trip to Paris !!!

Food was terrible no time at the peddle tower the show would have been at 11 pm. The. You get dropped off in town and find a way to your hotel. No thanks we skipped

The dinner cruise part of this was really great.
The Guida part of Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge was terrible. Took time on Eiffel Tower. Mixed messages - 2nd floor only, and also go to the top (from guide). It was as if the guide was trying to lose people throughout the Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge part of it. After Eiffel tower, he was hiding somewhere with the bus instead of meeting us at the meeting point - we had to search and find him. After the Mouling Rouge show, again we could not find the bus anywhere - and then we saw it driving off. We waved to the driver and he did not stop. Terrible experience with the guide and bus. Again, Seine river cruise part of it was good.
Also, we left some photos behind onthe bus - they said they will ask the bus company but we did not hear back from them.

Highly disorganized. Our Seine dinner cruise was cancelled due to high water levels (which was fine!) but then the tour guides weren’t prepared for the other two experiences and it took so long for them to get organized that we missed the sunset at the Eiffel Tower. We were also just dropped off with little info at the Eiffel Tower. Luckily the bus tour and The Moulin Rouge slightly made up for it but we were pretty disappointed with the rest. Viator usually does a great job but this one failed.

Every part of the trip was memorable. The only exception was the theatre itsself at the Moulon Rouge which is an accident waiting to happen. They have far too many people packed in the theatre and if there was a fire i dread to think how this would turn out. People are quashed together I was on a table not facing the stage and for 90 minutes had my neck turned at a constant angle. From a health and safety perspective its an accident waiting to happen. Have Viator made any complaints about this in relation to safeguarding their customers or is it just about the money .

With the cost of the tickets for this experience, I was shocked that you had to pay extra for beef on the dinner cruise and we were charged 8 euros for a bottle of water! That was extremely excessive and I was very disappointed by that!
Everything else was good although you really don’t have a lot of time for the Eiffel Tower tour and hope to catch the bus on time for the Moulin Rouge.
The last issue was that there’s supposed to be a dress code for the Moulin Rouge, but it looked like you could actually wear whatever you want!

We enjoyed the dinner cruise, the time at the Eiffel Tower was rushed, as it turned out the bus was late picking us up so we could have had a more leisurely time at the Tower and Moulin Rouge was ok, a lot of time in a queue waiting to be seated. All in all a good night but if you have the time I would definitely do the Eiffel Tower on another night.

It was a very enjoyable & organized evening. It was a little confusing finding the entrance steps leading to the boat.
Unfortunately our bus driver left us after the Moulin Rouge show even though we returned before the departure deadline. That was the most disappointing part

I don't know how to rate this. We didn't make it. There was a HUGE Rubgby at The Westin Vendome, where we moving. We gave ourselves 99 minutes to cross the 20 minute drive through what we knew was historic/beautiful/touristy Paris. Two hours it took us. We didn't get checked in to our hotel until 17:00. Despite rushing, we knew we'd never make the rendezvous. I looked for a way to contact the tor guide, hoping we could at least make Moulin Rouge. I couldn't find anything. So how to review this?
Our failure to make it to the meeting spot on time is our responsibility, buut it would have been nice to be able to send a message

The time on our materials was 1 hour too early. The Guide for the latter part of tour informed us after dinner cruise that my husband would not need Moulin Rougue dress code as he was wearing shorts ( it had been over 90 degrees all day and they were smart Bermuda type ) and my sandals ( Clark’s leather flat mules) may not qualify. He told my husband he could purchase pants when we got to the venue but wouldn’t provide details… what shop, how much etc. so we went home. He was quite aggressive in his tone, we were clueless and come Chicago where dress codes and most places support a more casual vibe especially when the temps are in the 90s. There was no info on dress code in our booking materials. The trip to Eiffel Tower was quite rushed due to large numbers of people queuing for elevators. I was very disappointed and do not recommend. The tour was expensive and we missed out. Please inform future clients of dress code for moulin rougue.
