Our driver Badr was very informative as he communicated exactly about a pickup time and location. He was punctual and very friendly. He answered any questions our small group had. We were handed over to Omar the local guide who led the trip up the mountain. This is a tough walk/ climb up to the top. We took several breaks and took some great pictures along the way. The walk down was much easier. I suggest you wear good shoes and no sandals. We then had an amazing lunch by the river. Badr and Omar were terrific and I would recommend asking for them.

You need a good fitness level to go on the hike. Asthmatics be wary.
All the seat belts in the bus did not work so that caused a problem and the seats were a tight fit

Pick up on time. Guide didn't say anything for 20 mins then just gave minimal info. We're used to being given a lot of info about the trip and the country so were disappointed. The walk to the waterfall was enjoyable but harder than we expected partly as so many people and guide didn't help us. Other local walkers did

We went here on 14th April 26, had a brilliant day out. Unreal value for money. Ibrahim was our guide, with us throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Was a good experience and the team picked me up from my hotel and communicated any changes to time effectively due to Ramadan.
Don’t expect a long hike though, you spend a bit of time going up and end up in lots of small shops/stalls along the way. Didn’t feel as natural as I would have hoped. Much better on the way down, as came down a different route. The tour guide adjusted it for us.

I haven’t had the chance to write reviews for any of the excursions that I’ve done in my time here Morocco but felt it was important to take the time and share my experience. To begin, they confirm the day prior the pick up time at hotel and actually arrive on time. Along the way, the tour guide Mounir explained tons of information regarding the culture including the Berbere history. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about what he speaks about. Many had questions and he always knew how to answer with patience. After the hike it started raining a bit, and he was very attentive and accommodating to make sure we were ok. I wanted to tip a man who helped us climb the mountain but didn’t have cash on me and Mounir took care of it for me. When the waiters by the river restaurant were busy, Mounir took our orders himself. He constantly checks in on everyone to make sure everyone is comfortable. The tour itself is exceptional but Mounir made it unforgettable. I’m so thankful to have met him and learned so much. I felt safe, beyond happy, and lucky he was my tour guide. He isn’t just a tour guide, he felt like family. He pours his heart into his work, a heart of gold, and I was in tears of joy by the end for his wonderful treatment. I can’t thank you enough Mounir, I feel incredibly lucky to have met you! If you’re doubting this tour, book it! Views, Excellent Customer Service, Challenging Hike, Atlas Mountain, Lunch by the river, and THE BEST TOUR GUIDE MOUNIR! What more can you ask for?!

My wife couldn't make it the waterfall as she has asthma. Very uneven ground. Take warm clothing in the winter.

Ourika valley is a beautiful place worth exploring. This being a guided tour means you will have every stop and shop organised for you which can be a boon as much as it cannot.
Overall we had a rather enjoyable, easy fay trip.

It was a great experience not to be missed. Get prepared to climb a lot but on the other hand the views are awesome and breathtaking. Yassmine was a very nice guide always with a smiling face and attentive attitude.

Very sporty as an excursion. Beautiful setting, to do. But recommended for healthy people. Very disappointing meal despite the beautiful atypical setting where you have lunch by the river. Courteous and pleasant guide but should explain the area and places crossed. No comments 🤷♂️. Fortunately mood music.

Beautiful but you walk really much to go up to see the falls so dress comfortable, suitable shoes and check the temperatures... in this period it is really hot, but near the falls it is cold.
The lunch delicious, drinks are separate.

Had a nice day with our supervisor Ibrahim. The walk to the falls are sometimes challenging but the local guide Zahair helped us well. Lunch was a bit disappointing.
