I did a camel trip in the Palm Grove and it was a really nice experience. The area is green and calm, which makes the ride feel peaceful. One big plus was how convenient everything was — the pick-up and drop-off were well organized and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The camels were calm and the guides were friendly and professional. They also took photos and videos for us, which was a really nice bonus.

Cool Camel Ride

The camel ride was a fun experience, especially with the traditional garb that shielded us from the sun. The people working at the site were very friendly and lots of fun. The camel ride was a great experience. We were glad that we chose a short ride, as it was over 100 F. Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly too. They served hot mint green tea after the ride.

Great experience

Really lovely experience. We were picked up from the hotel in an air conditioned mini bus and taken to the palm groves. My daughters (8 & 13) were both really nervous but the guys there were really encouraging and patient with them. We were probably on the camels for about half an hour but that was plenty of time as it was 41 degrees! The guides took lots of photos and videos for us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it!

Easy pick up and drop off offered to take to the beautiful destination. Very friendly guides were happy to take photos for you on the camels as it’s best to hold on tight 🙈. Lovely ride through the palm trees and a stop off to have Moroccon tea and a crepe! The guide made me a lively camel ring made out of leaves it was so cute! Would really recconend this excursion was only a couple hours long very enjoyable

The Camel ride was lovely. The guides were friendly and well spoken. It was a nice hour and a half. The only issue I had was with the pick up and drop off. The day before I was informed that my hotel was “too far” and had to pay an additional fee. Although pick up and drop offs are included in the price. I suggest you double check that your hotel is within the radius they make up. That was the only big issue. However the guides were brilliant.

I went to Marrakech for a short weekend trip, and I wanted to see if I could book a camel excursion. The booking process was seamless the company communicated well and the tour was everything it promised to be. Our amazing tour guide / photographer / comedian named Abdul was FANTASTIC! Un site que je recommande fortement très beau avec la balade en bateau au pied des chutes un guide bien veillant très disponible. Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car le transport ne reflétait pas l'endroit où nous allions, chauffeur pas sympathique aucune indication sur le trajet et son arrêt il ne s'assurait pas si on était tous dans le bus avant de partir et la durée du trajet qui était de 3 heures pour l'aller et 3 heures pour le retour

J’avais réservé pour une date mais le chauffeur s’est présenté en avance à la réception et ne nous a pas attendus. Après une heure d’attente j’ai fini par appeler. Après plusieurs appels infructueux j’ai réussi à parler à quelqu’un de « l’ agence » qui a reporté la sortie au lendemain. J’ai du rappeler à maintes reprises afin d’obtenir une confirmation par e-mail. Le lendemain, un chauffeur fort sympathique est venu nous prendre. Une balade de 40 minutes au milieu d’une palmeraie qui ressemble plus à une décharge publique qu’autre chose... Le thé est servi au retour de la balade au point de départ, pas très typique comme habitat berbère. Le tout a duré 2 heures depuis la prise en charge jusqu’au retour à l’hôtel. Compte tenu de tout cela, la description de l’activité me semble assez mensongère...
