Exceptional service

We had the best tour guide/driver (Mansour from Morocco Luxe Tours) of any Viator excursion in Morocco thus far. He was kind, professional, humorous, and wanted to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. While hiking to see the waterfalls, I got tired and wanted to stop for a minute. He was so kind and actually walked back to the nearest shop and got me a bottled water. Thank you for Mansour for caring deeply for us.

We had a fantastic experience on this day trip. We stopped at a Berber rug store where we were showing the different types or rugs made by the Berber women. We ended up buying two of them. Then we stopped at the Ourika Valley and hike d to the waterfalls and halfway we stopped at a stand for the women in our group to dress on the tradition garments of the Berber women. Later we returned to have lunch at one of the restaurants and have typical meal of this area by the stream. I was a wonderful experience; the guide was very helpful and courteous, made sure that we were safe on our hike. The driving to this area was somehow intense because the way people drive, we had a couple of close calls.

Not happy with this trip, I booked with pick up from hotel. I had your operator pick call to say that he will charge more because I am outside Marrakesh. I told him I have paid pick up service but he said it will cost me more so I had to cancel this trip and my kids where very disappointed.

Rachid is the best!

I would like to recommend Rachid as an excellent and reliable tour organizer. We had very good communication regarding the tour, the meeting point closest to our hotel, etc. Then there was a problem because the day of the tour was a religious holiday and it was uncertain whether the tour would be done or not. In the end Rachid arranged for us to join different, full-day tour to the Atlas mountain. We had a lovely, unforgettable day! I am sure the tour we did was more expensive than the one we paid but we were not asked to pay the difference. So, thank you Rachid! Hopefully next time we visit Morocco we’ll be able to meet you and visit Agafay desert!

Petite randonnée au bout de la vallée

Jolie excursion à la vallée de l'Ourika. Transporteur ponctuel qui a fait quelques haltes pour photos et artisanat local berbère. Arrivée au fond de la vallée,un guide (très gentil) nous a récupéré et accompagné jusqu'à la première cascade. Petite randonnée nécessitant bonnes chaussures, un peu de souffle, car sentier assez périlleux au sein de l'ancienne rivière. Minimum de condition physique nécessaire. Dommage que non explicitee dans le résumé de l'excursion.
