Definitely worth going to. These guys go above and beyond. My wife and I went this afternoon and we had a great time. We got this through viator and I guess they had a difficult time getting the information through the online platform but instead of giving us a hard time about it or Making us wait till viator got them the information they were super accommodating and they provided excellent service. I've never been to a hammam before so I have nothing to compare it to but we both had a wonderful time and we were both very relaxed afterwards. I would definitely would reccomend going.

All treatments were exactly as described. Very clean and safe facility. We felt rejuvenated and relaxed after the visit. From the reception desk to the treatment rooms everyone was helpful and friendly. They all spoke very good English which made it very easy.

Best part of our trip. Wish we had done it a few times. The bath is so relaxing and refreshing. The bubbles, scrubbing, and massage were incredible. I would recommend doing this as soon as you arrive and again before you leave. It’s a great experience with friendly and professional staff.

Wife and I did the deluxe package. Pool, sauna, massage, foam bath with exfoliating scrub and the face mask. We would skip the pool portion next time but the rest of the experience was five stars. Service staff was very polite, attentive and helpful. Felt like reinvigorated people when we finished. We would visit again if in Istanbul.

I had a traditional Turkish bath experience (a Hammam) and it was truly memorable. The spa is located inside a hotel, so I recommend looking up the hotel name directly for an easy Uber drop-off.
Once inside, the experience was excellent and felt very safe and well organized. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, registered, and given a clear orientation of how the spa process works. I was assigned a locker and guided step-by-step through the experience.
The Hammam itself was relaxing and authentic, followed by a full-body massage that was both refreshing and rejuvenating. There was also time to relax around the pool area, which added to the overall calm and tranquil atmosphere.
Overall, a wonderful cultural experience and a great way to unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking to enjoy a traditional Turkish spa treatment.

Staff were lovely, didn’t catch her name but the lady on front of house duties was amazing. She couldn’t do enough came to check on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable/up to date of when our next treatment was and was always offering to bring us drinks etc.
The hammam & massage were great too, didn’t feel rushed at all and both my partner and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Sauna and pool were good too and you’re able to use before your treatments and after for as long as you want to stay for. Really recommend!

I really enjoyed myself! Both the Turkish bath and the massage were terrific. Everyone was super friendly. If I had to be picky I’d say that the place itself could be warmer but you can always hide in the sauna to warm up.

The massage was lovely as was the sauna. The Hammam though was not for me. You lay on a hard slab of marble to be scrubbed which was very uncomfortable for me and EVERYTHING is slippery under foot.
The business itself though was very clean and professional and staff were wonderful.
So no fault of theirs, just not for me

The staff truly went above and beyond we were running late bc traffic was so bad. Then we were rushing to get to airport to go to Cappadocia. The promptly did everything in 1 hr and had mapped out the train to airport by the time massage was done. Now for the actual service, was greeted w tea, omg the way the lady scrubbed me should be studyed I need her at home. My only regret was rushing. Please book you 200% won’t regret.

Oh my Gosh! We had an amazing Turkish bath experience at Felicity Spa. We didn’t expect with the very reasonable price we paid came with several services. The Hamam Turkish bath with the foaming soap scrub massage was surprisingly very relaxing. After the wash we were brought to another room for more massage and then they put a clay mask and after that we sat relaxing by the pool. We didn’t want to leave. I so highly recommend this place. You must come here if you want an amazing experience!

When we arrived, we spent time in the pool and sauna to prepare and relax before Bath. About 5 men came poolside, and was laughing, joking, yelling. We were asked to go to dressing room and disrobe. We were given towels, and had to walk in front of the men half naked. Would have preferred a more private situation.
We then were taken to the room for the bath. They booked my friend and I together! I did NOT book a couples massage. Keep in mind you wear disposable panties, that's it. We were told there is only 1 room available. We proceeded with the bath, in which I did enjoy, until we had to walk out half naked again, in front of all the men. We then went to a double massage room. We were upset that they did not give us separate treatments. We spoke to the receptionist, and she said availability was unavailable for 2 singles. Then she should not have taken the reservation, or given us the option to book elsewhere.
Place was clean, very small changing room, that was shared with all the clients, with no privacy. Would do it again, somewhere more private, were men and woman were separated.

The staff were so lovely as was the gentleman at the desk
Our skin feels amazing after almost six weeks of travelling it’s exactly what was needed to nourish our bodies

A real surprise that surpassed our expectations. The price is soooooo good for what they offer. You leave with a sense of invigorating joy. The feeling of bubbles is so much fun and the ladies did an amazing job at the massage as well. 30 min massage felt like 50....
