It is terrible. I need to take me only stadium. car must be there to wait and back. It wasnt there i was waiting more than 1hour and i took other taxi. He sent me location where ws meeting point. He wasnt there

The driver was about 40 minutes late. Though he said that he tried to reach me an hour before we were supposed to meet. We had asked for an English speaking driver, and were assured that we'd get one. He spoke very broken English, and we had a lot of trouble understanding him. He drove us to our first stop, where we were told to text him when we were 10 minutes away. We did that, and he never responded. We waited at the car while he drank tea with a friend. The second stop, he told us again to text when we were 10 minutes away from the car. Again, we did that. Got back to the car, and didn't see him anywhere. We texted a couple of times. Eventually, we found him asleep in the car. The tinted windows made it hard to see him. We wound up waking him up. After that, we told him to just drop us off at the port. This was just 2 hours into our 5 hour drive. He asked if he could take us to one more place, and assured us that it would be quick. We got stuck in traffic for about 35 minutes, then got to the place. The place was so crowded that we couldn't get to see it. After all of this, he dropped us off at the port. We hired him to drive us around to see as many sites as we could in our 5 hour allotted timeframe. We saw very little due to his speaking with friends, and falling asleep. We saw more traffic than anything else.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to provide high-quality chauffeur services, but we are highly surprised and saddened by your review, as it completely contradicts the reality of your tour and your behavior at the end of the service.
We would like to clarify a few important points for correctness:
Regarding the Timing: Our driver was actually at your location at 07:30 AM—a full hour before your 08:30 AM pickup. The 10-minute delay in your actual meeting was due to the fact that you were using a different phone number than the one provided to Viator, which made coordination difficult.
Regarding the Itinerary: Although our product description explicitly notes that "Drivers speak basic English and cannot act like guides," our driver kindly used his English skills to help create a beautiful itinerary for you since you did not have a set plan. He successfully drove you to Sultanahmet, Balat, the Bulgarian Church, and the Galata Tower.
Regarding professionalism: While waiting for you during your stops, our driver stayed with the vehicle. When you enjoyed wine at a cafe near Galata Tower, he even offered you complimentary beverages in the car to enhance your comfort.
The Conclusion: To ensure you didn't walk in the heat, our driver paid the Galataport underground parking fee out of his own pocket and dropped you off right at the cruise ship gate.
If the service was as poor as described, it is highly contradictory that you concluded the trip by rewarding our driver with a €20 tip as a gesture of appreciation.

So many wonderful sites, give yourself lots of time to explore each area.
Our driver was excellent and took us to places a tour bus would never be able to go to because of the steep narrow streets.
We truly enjoyed exploring Istanbul in the comfort of our drivers gorgeous Mercedes van.
Make sure you wear comfy footwear as you will be walking on uneven surfaces for extended periods of time.
The cruise port was an easy pick up and drop off spot.
I recommend the 4 hour (minimum) tour of the old and new cities. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a customized experience! We had spent the day before seeing the iconic sights in the historic area but wanted to go out of the area to see different things. Our driver looked at my list and quickly prioritized them with us keeping in mind that traffic is always terrible. We knew beforehand we wouldn’t be able to see everything on the list. So we went on our way and he surprised us with a few quick stops that he thought we would enjoy (we did). Overall a great day. We are glad we have another day! We would highly recommend hiring a driver to get around. Istanbul is challenging to navigate…to say the least.

Informed our driver, Deniz, of the activities wr were interested in doing with the time we had at Port. Deniz was honest in what would be possible to accomplish and was able to provide alternatives to make sure we got a full experience of everything we wanted to do. One of them was taking us to a large 3 story store rather than the grand bizarre that sold a ton of items that we would have been looking to buy at the bazaar but without the crowds! We experienced personal one on one shopping that included a private taste testing of all the Turkish delights coffee, tea baklava, spices, and more! That could have been an excursion itself. Thank you Deniz for the wonderful experience!

This worked out very well for us. We were leaving for a cruise on the same day so we took our luggage with us, the driver took us to several stops that we wanted to see, and then dropped us off at cruise port. This allowed us to make the most of our final day in Istanbul. CJ dropped us off at entrance of each site and picked us up as soon as we finished. Very happy with this service.

CJ was wonderful. He was so accommodating and dropped us off exactly where we wanted to go. This is not a guided tour, but CJ was happy to answer any questions we had about Istanbul. The car was a Mercedes van with air conditioning and beautiful leather seats. We could have easily fit 6 people in it. We were nervous about navigating getting around Istanbul on public transportation or Taxi so this service was worth every penny!

İpek was an awesome host/tour guide. She gave us the tour of a lifetime! She picked us up right in front of the cruise port terminal at 8am and we spent the next 8 hours going to many special sights. Her personal life stories and knowledge about the city were amazing. My wife,son and myself learned more about Istanbul than we anticipated and ïpek made it fun and very interesting . Our driver was also amazing,maneuvered in and out of tiny windy roads to see unique pieces of the city we would have never found ourselves. And twords the middle of our tour,İpek took us to a nice restaurant for lunch. What a wonderful day we will never forget. Request İpek for an amazing, Informative, and fun filled day.

Customer service is amazing, the driver was very sweet and lovely… the problem was that due to Istanbul traffic we had to leave the van and walk, which kind of ruined the experience for us… and this happened on our way to the restaurant and on our way to the hotel, we know it’s not the driver’s fault but this took away from the private driver experience and we ended up paying a whole lot more than what this was worth especially since we had to walk most of the time!

Very nice car. Comfy. Easy for family esp I travelled with seniors (above 70) and would prefer least walking possible. We did a stopover trip and this 8-hour tour covered all the necessary highlights of Istanbul. I only requested for Pierre Loti and Balat, and driver Ali recommended few interesting places for us to take cool pics incl shopping. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this tour if you have only one day in Istanbul. Driver met us promptly at the port and we discussed what our needs were. He is not a tour guide, just a driver to get you where you want to go, but that's what we were looking for. He communicated well with us in English and made suggestions based on his experience which were appreciated. Overall we had a lovely day.
