Amazing tour, lovely...

Amazing tour, lovely atmosphere on the ferry. The weather was just right with strong fresh winds. The guide and tour operators kept us well entertained. They had music and did Turkish dancing. Princess Island was beautiful, vibrant. We toured on the local tour bus and saw beautiful scenery. We were given ample time to roam around the village and browse into the shops. Afterwards, we were back on the ferry and served lunch on the lower deck. Food was quite tasty, we had chicken leg with buttery rice and salad, some pasta. Return journey was amazing too, would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to go into an Island and quiet village.

They really need to improve many things: 1. The wait at the time of pickup was delayed, without explanation and without communication. I never informed if they would be delayed or if there was some problem why they did not arrive on time and we had to wait an hour or more. They never apologized when picking us up. 2. The super deteriorated and uncomfortable bus. 3. The attention and service was basic, nothing that could surprise. 4. The ferry facilities are completely deteriorated. 5. The food was served reluctantly...they almost threw it on your plate. 6. There was no type of entertainment. 7. The toucan that they have is very nice but not all of us wanted to have it close and even less to see it eat, get dirty and do its business in front of us and in the same place where we would have lunch. 8. The people who helped the guide could tell that they were only doing their job but did not enjoy serving tourists.

Thank you For you Advise, We will Look into it and Try to Better In services, Regarding Ferry so its Government Property and we Can not Do any Things on This, You may have option to use Private Speed Boat also with Additional Cost.
